We went for breakfast before a doctor's appointment the area is sketchy lots of homeless people. They don't have someone to take your order and you get locked in the bathroom by the employees. We watched a homeless man bring his bicycle inside proceeded to take food out of his backpack along with his friend and eat. Employee told them they'd have to leave if they didn't buy something the guy pulls a half gallon of milk out of his pack pours on his cereal. Won't go back.

You like McDonald's, this is one that makes the food right, but with the digital kiosks you won't really interact with the staff here for more than 10-20 seconds. They definitely don't go out of their way to make you smile, but the food is good, quick & hot.

Hadn't been in years, nothing has changed except the prices have gotten much higher. The food is still industrial. Almost still options for. The drive-thru does have really fast service. I know this can be done better because I've seen a big difference with McDonald's, Japan and even McDonald's UK. Perhaps there's the population demands more than we do. The decor is like someone who only designed corporate cubicles was allowed to do a restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: The legendary play structures and dedicated areas for kids are gone. They still have the happy meal!.
Spicy Chicken sandwich with two pickles and no sauce. $1 for half filled cup of Mac sauce. Something is ALWAYS either missing or wrong at this location. Get it together.

I went through the drive thru and made an order for two mcgriddles and two sausage burritos. The lady even confirmed it with me verbally. I paid the amount she said and when I was given my food it was only the mcgriddles! Upon looking at the receipt I saw that I had only been charged for the mcgriddles so I stopped arguing with the guy who had handed me the food (It wasn't his fault). But I don't see why the lady on the intercom verbally confirmed the burritos with me just to not add them to my order.
