This store stole my money
I have a charge from McDonald's from an order from December 9th. McDonald's website directly. Not Uber, not lyft etc.
The receipt is from this particular roach and Rat infested store, and they are refusing a refund where my order was destroyed and I never got to eat my food because their driver had my food on the dirty ground and saturated by coffee. I am not a dog and should not have to eat off the ground,. It should not be so hard to refund something I never received but I paid for, I ever placed another order later that week waiting for a refund that has yet to come. They are telling me to call Uber, knowing that all the transaction codes come from this store. The refuse to refund or even show proof that it was processed.
This store is dirty, and if you want to order from a company that steals, that's your business. I won't be dealing with them anymore Wendy across the street is clean and professional and cheaper, eat over there, but not this store. They are liars and cheats!!!

Overpriced now and all the items are smaller .. I dont get any service now but it costs twice as much . .interesting what the hell would I want to buy from a company that does this .. take away cashiers and make me take my own order .. then pay me .. instead u got rid of dollar menu .. and we raised all the wages for what ??

I used the rest room before ordering and the manager (I’m assuming manager at the front at 930am) told me to push on the door, it was unlocked. I went to leave, and it was locked. I pounded on the door and could hear 3 different times customers telling her someone was locked in the bathroom. She finally unlocked it but didn’t make me aware until I yelled through the door and that’s when she said to push on the door. Then said something about me not ordering anything. I needed the use of a bathroom first then was coming out to order. I’ll never return here.
To the owner: I was a paying customer for the last 5 years and I would think you’d that you’re staff would treat your customers so poorly. I never had a complaint about your restaurant until this incident. Under no circumstances, should this ever happen to one your paying customers. Shame on you. Perhaps it was you?

I went to McDonald's after years and the employee at drive-thru around 11:20 on Saturday evening was so rude! I went home order doordash! I can't deal with rudeness anymore 😪

Good hot food sometimes. Sometimes you get old burger meat. That upsets me. Overall if they make a mistake they make it right.
Worst. Feeling. Ever. I was absolutely craving mcdonald’s for some reason and was so excited to go until they gave me the wrong size drink, wrong size fry and gave me a pinch of lettuce on my sandwich. I paid almost $20 for this shit. Absolutely unbelievable.
