They Locked the dining room door right in front of me, as I was walking inside to order. Mind you this was 45 minutes before their dining room was posted to close. Very disappointed that the staff would prevent me entering.

Mira is very rude to the kids and has awful communication skills. She hangs up on people and talks to the high school students very disrespectfully. I paid for a mobile order for my son and she treated him like he was scamming her. I was on the phone when she wa screaming over him. I called the business line and she hung up several times screaming. She needs a mental health evaluation and should not be working the shift with the high schoolers on lunch if she is going to be so childish.

Terrible customer service. I had issues ordering through the app and the employee told me, “I don’t know what to tell you” — completely rude and unhelpful. The manager, Trung, was just as dismissive and unprofessional. No effort to assist at all. Save yourself the frustration and go to the McDonald’s down the street where they actually care. Also, notice how they have a lot of horrible reviews. If I could give 0 star I would!!!

The moment I walked in I knew this was a different McDonald’s than others, I felt, alive. The service was spectacular and let me tell you about the fries…. GAME CHANGER. I almost cried tears out of my face but I knew that would only ruin the moment I’m having with these fries. Thank you for this day.

Placed a mobile order and got there 10 minutes before close, cutting it close but that’s why I placed the mobile order. I get there and sit at the speaker thinking they’re busy or dealing with the car in front of me (who got their order!) then they shut everything off. I drove around and all the employees were hiding in the back. I tried knocking, then tried calling. When I called I was met with “Oh well we’re closed now” no care in the world. It wouldn’t have been as big of a surprise if they at least had the courtesy to tell me when I was waiting at their drive-thru. Just say hey sorry we’re closing… burners are off… whatever I would’ve understood, it’s the animosity that makes this store a one star.
