Am I not the only one that is always, always denied shakes? Their machine is apparently always out of service. Or they are out of the flavor? Something's up and it needs to be handled better by the manager. It can't be that difficult to be like the rest of the average McDonald's out there.

The restaurant was very chilly, even with wearing my coat. I go to McDonald's rarely but do love a fish sandwich. This one missed the mark. The fish was brownish throughout and the bun wasn't the usual soft and steamed kind. The French fries were underdone too. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean for the positive side of this experience.

Good luck getting napkins or any kind of customer service. Drove thru for a easy hot fudge sundae. The kid working the window gave me the sundae closed the window and never returned. I waited for a minute to try and get his attention but he was too busy in a huddle with his coworkers to bother. Luckily it was cold enough for me to make it home with no dripping in the car.

This is the worst McDonald's I've been, I thought my local McD was the worst, but I was definitely wrong. The service was horrible. these kids working here think they are making you a favor just for giving you what you ordered. When I ordered, everything was good, and the first window was ok, but when I got to the second window, OMG, this kid was like, if I was wasting his cell phone time, he gave the wrong flavor soda, I told him and he was like ? and immediately grab his cell phone again, he gave me my order and I checked it, it didn't have any sauce that I asked (ordered chicken mc nuggets) I asked for some, and he just ignored me, I literally had to knock the window to have his attention, when he finally decide to open it I asked for barbecue and ranch and he just gave me ONE barbecue, he close the window and grab his cell phone again, I knock the window again and asked him for ranch and he said I had to pay for it, i said ok and he wanted to charged me $2 dlls for 1 ranch cup.It was a very bad experience

Fast food chains often get a bad rap for serving up unhealthy meals and promoting a culture of quick, mindless consumption. However, my recent visit to McDonald's has left me with a renewed perspective on what this iconic fast-food restaurant can offer. While many might associate McDonald's with greasy burgers and oversized fries, my experience revealed that there's more to the Golden Arches than meets the eye.Consistency You Can Count OnOne of the hallmarks of McDonald's is its consistency. No matter where you are in the world, you can expect the same quality and taste. On my recent visit, I ordered the classic Big Mac, and it was just as delicious as I remembered. The succulent beef patty, the special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and sesame seed bun combined to create a harmonious taste that is hard to match. This consistent quality is a testament to McDonald's commitment to delivering the same satisfying experience to its customers worldwide.Efficient Service and Impeccable CleanlinessOne of the standout features of my visit was the efficient service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Despite the steady flow of customers, the staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that orders were prepared correctly and quickly. The dining area was well-maintained, with tables promptly cleared and a sense of tidiness that is often missing in fast-food establishments. This attention to detail greatly enhances the overall dining experience and sets McDonald's apart from its competitors.Healthier Options for a Balanced DietIn recent years, McDonald's has taken significant steps to provide healthier menu options, responding to concerns about nutrition. While the classics remain popular, there's a growing selection of salads, fruit options, and lighter alternatives. On this visit, I decided to opt for a salad instead of the traditional fries. The side salad, made with fresh, crisp vegetables, was surprisingly refreshing and a much-appreciated change from the typical fast-food fare. It's reassuring to see McDonald's adapting to the changing tastes and preferences of its customers. The Convenience of the McDonald's AppA notable aspect of my visit was the McDonald's mobile app, which offers a seamless and convenient ordering experience. The app is user-friendly and provides a variety of customization options, allowing you to tailor your order to specific dietary preferences or restrictions. The ease of mobile ordering, as well as the option for curbside pickup, caters to our fast-paced, digital age, making it easier than ever to enjoy a McDonald's meal.Room for ImprovementWhile my experience at McDonald's was undoubtedly positive, a four-star rating reflects a few areas that could be further improved. The menu, although classic and beloved, has seen limited innovation over the years. While many customers cherish the traditional offerings, it would be exciting to see McDonald's take more creative risks and introduce new, exciting items to their lineup.Additionally, like many fast-food chains, McDonald's could place a stronger emphasis on sustainability. Although they have made progress in areas such as recycling and waste reduction, there is still room for more eco-friendly practices in their operations, from packaging to energy use.In Conclusion: A Familiar Comfort and MoreA visit to McDonald's is like revisiting an old friend. The reliability, quick service, and familiar taste make it a comfort food destination for many. The recent steps towards healthier options and the user-friendly mobile app are commendable. However, a bit more menu innovation and a greater emphasis on sustainability would propel McDonald's towards a solid five-star rating.

The place is over ran with high school students that just don't care about the place. There's signs on the doors saying the school kids make trouble already, and they just hired those same people. Will never be back to this location. I ordered a big Mac combo, fries -saugy, big Mac- horrible, took one bite. Dr pepper- flat.Kid-friendliness: Over ran by entitled children.

Normally this mostly High School student crew pulls off a standard McDonald’s experience, but every mistake is downright excruciating to try and resolve with the older female manager. She is uncaring of the service she provides, a “minimum required” effort every time—it’s almost not worth bringing up issues or complaining since you have to inevitably deal with her attitude.I had a 5 item mobile order I picked up myself via drive-thru tonight, about 7:30 at night. I checked in my code AE62 with her over speaker (she even repeated my order name back), pull up to second window, wait about 10 minutes. Handed a bag and pull out—missing two Large Fry. Get back in line to wait some more, let her know over speaker my mobile order was missing two Large Fry. She’s already annoyed, “Oh boy, second window…I guess.” I drive around and she still stops me at first window, now asking for a physical receipt (she has it, still thumbing through other receipts half-heartedly), then asking order number, then name (the amnesia has taken hold after three cars apparently), says oh well you must’ve not had it ordered (yes, the McDonald’s mobile app receipt is amnesiac, too). We go back and forth on basic logic before I just leave tired, fry-less.You win this time, disgruntled penny-pinching franchise manager. Hope your next McDonald’s corporate review is as pleasant as you are.
