I've been going to this place for 6 years. In the last year I go practically every morning to get breakfast or coffee. I work on a pee patch kitty cornered from the McDonald's. So I went in there cuz I really had to use the bathroom and I was going to get a cup of coffee. When I asked to have the bathroom door open they said you have to have a receipt. I said I really don't have time for that. I need to use the bathroom right away and you and that lady over there...

It was not the greatest experience. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter, and it stayed that was for at least 15 minutes. I saw a worker just standing around, on her phone, doing nothing. Finally, another worker comes and takes our order. We (my friend and I) find a table and wait. We waited about 10 minutes and then our food arrived. I had ordered a quarter pounder, and it was as flat as a pancake. I'm not a picky eater at all, but that was the worst...
