It wasn't that delicious. We came here based on reviews and ordered 4 dishes: chu mai, bbq pork pie, crab, something I can't remember, and a roast pork bun. I have to say that none of them impressed me. All the fillings were very sweet. The roast pork filling was very sweet, and the crab filling was very sweet. The only dumpling that wasn't sweet was not that delicious. I recommend that if you come here, try other restaurants instead of waiting in line to eat at...
The absolute best humbow! Hands down my favorite as they are the only place I found that bakes it... I'm not a fan of steamed dough. Our last trip up north only brought us to Renton. However, we made a special trip to Seattle only to get a dozen of these for the trip home. So delicious 😋!

It's delicious. I thought it was bulgogi, but it was seasoned with red haha.
If you are Korean, you also take Lee Kum Kee spicy sauce.
The sour + spicy flavors go well together.
If you don't have a place to eat, I recommend eating at pier62.
