Came by on a quick lunch break and enjoyed my experience. I had the Hue style beef soup. Everything was very tasty and kept me warm in the Seattle rain. I liked the variety of meat and the spicy soup base gave me a lovely numbing mouth feel. I will say I think they accidentally gave me lettuce instead of cilantro, or I could’ve been mistaken. Either way, this is a great spot.

The food was absolutely delicious. We had the chicken Pho, the vermicelli bowl and the fresh spring rolls. The restaurant is in a very cute street, with madure trees that were changing colors for the season, and watching them from the window was a plus. The restaurant has a nice vibe to it and the staff is very kind too.

I was feeling very sick the last week so I just ordered the hue broth. I was honestly blown away. The perfect amount of spice and incomparable flavor. I couldn't believe it. You can tell this broth was made low and slow with so much love and talent. I'll be back a million times!!

Absolutely astounding food!! We shared the gyoza wich were incredible. Husband ordered the combination pho and I ordered the shrimp pho. I asked for chili oil on the side which spiced up both the gyoza and the pho excellently. Would reccomend to anyone visiting!!

The eggrolls and garlic wings here are amazing. People who know good wings and eggrolls know when restaurants change their fryer oil and they most certainly do.

I had the satay pho, and I didn’t have to put hoisin sauce or sriracha, it was great as is. My friends had their banh mi burger and they devoured the whole thing.

Neat little joint. Prices are reasonable.

Got the yellow curry at a 4 and it wasn't really spicy.

$25pp after taxes and tip, no alcohol (though they do have a full bar).

Mango lemonade was banging.

Meekong Bar brings Vietnamese flavors into a casual Capitol Hill bar setting—cocktails in hand, pho steaming on the table, and bao buns flying out of the kitchen. It’s the kind of place where you can snack, sip, and still get a legit bowl of noodles.

Start light with Granny’s Pork Belly Bao ($7.50)—fluffy bao, rich pork belly, and pickled crunch. Or grab the Fresh Spring Rolls ($7.50) if you want something cleaner.

Pho is the backbone here. The Pho Tai ($15.50) with rare steak is straightforward comfort, while the Pho Dac Biet ($17.50) piles on brisket, tendon, tripe, and meatballs in a broth that’s deeper than you’d expect from a bar kitchen. If you want spice, the Sate Pho ($17.50) kicks with chili and lemongrass.

For vermicelli bowls, the Grilled Short Rib Bun ($17.50) is the move—tender beef, fresh herbs, and a sharp nước chấm that ties it all together.

And then there are the Banh Mi Burgers ($16–$18). Think American bar food colliding with Vietnamese street food—juicy patties layered with pickled veggies, cilantro, and chili mayo. Messy, bold, and worth the extra napkin.

The energy at Meekong is part lounge, part noodle shop. You’ll hear cocktail shakers clinking while someone nearby slurps pho, and somehow it all makes sense.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
For a night out that blends Seattle bar culture with the comfort of Vietnamese classics, Meekong Bar nails it.
