Came by on a quick lunch break and enjoyed my experience. I had the Hue style beef soup. Everything was very tasty and kept me warm in the Seattle rain. I liked the variety of meat and the spicy soup base gave me a lovely numbing mouth feel. I will say I think they accidentally gave me lettuce instead of cilantro, or I could’ve been mistaken. Either way, this is a great spot.
The food was absolutely delicious. We had the chicken Pho, the vermicelli bowl and the fresh spring rolls. The restaurant is in a very cute street, with madure trees that were changing colors for the season, and watching them from the window was a plus. The restaurant has a nice vibe to it and the staff is very kind too.
I was feeling very sick the last week so I just ordered the hue broth. I was honestly blown away. The perfect amount of spice and incomparable flavor. I couldn't believe it. You can tell this broth was made low and slow with so much love and talent. I'll be back a million times!!
