If you’re gonna eat here you should know that they add a 20% service charge onto your receipt - no one tells you this when you walk in or explains how their dining is when you arrive.SO if you are expecting a normal KBBQ style experience this is NOT it for you - you will not be cooking, you will not have a lot of privacy w/ your party/partner because some one is cooking for you the entire time and it just is not very personable or private. The meat portions are okay, the appetizers are overwhelmingly overrated. Especially the Egg quiche cake thing. Is this WORTH it - it’s MID. Experience is mid.Go to a normal KBBQ - you’ll have more fun or a Hot Pot spot.

Top notch food with respect to both quality and taste. Very good selection of meats. Service could be a little better but they were doing well considering the number of guests, I read some of the negative comments before coming here to get my own feeling about this restaurant and think most of them were ridiculous. If you want cheap beef go to a burger place

I celebrated my birthday here along with some of my friends and we all agreed on how good this place is!! The food is amazing and the service is too! We were a big group and the Meet team did a great job managing our table.I'd definitely come back, 10/10!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE, I lived in Korea for 2 years and this was better than any KBBQ I had there! The service and quality of the meat (especially the ribeye) were great & all the side dishes were amazing as well. The soybean stew was delicious too. We especially loved the soy pickled radish and cheese corn. I loved that they cooked for us, it gave us time to enjoy eachother’s company and the food. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

Recommended dishes: Korean Barbecue, And Wagyu Soybean Stew, Corn Cheese, Ssam, Egg Souffle, Banchan

Really great stylish ambiance, the food was delicious. We each got the special where we got to try several meats, everything was amazing and it was nice that we didn’t need to cook it ourselves. The customer service was lacking but we still had a nice time.

The entire experience at Meet Korean BBQ was amazing. Friendly staff, great anesthetic, and the food was high quality. Being relatively new to the Korean BBQ experience, I asked our waiter a lot of questions about the combinations of condiments and types of meet for the best pairing. Our waiter was eager to explain everything and offer advice about how to combine items for the best flavors, and he was very knowledgeable. The whole dining experience was memorable. As usual, great service and food comes with a higher price tag. That being said, I will return to Meet the next time my wife and I want a dining experience that is worth higher prices.Parking: There is a parking garage across the street, but the spaces and ramp to the second floor are very narrow.

So service is great, you get added a 20% gratuity to your bill automatically and you might think the service would suffer since they don't have to work to guarantee it, however the service is the best in the city (that I've experienced). Very friendly wait staff who are happy to chat you up which is a nice surprise after so many cold shoulders here. Ambience and atmosphere is nice. The food is typically very good but the last two times me and my partner came we were given both visibly old (grey on the outside) and old tasting meat, I have no idea the thought process, even if you already cut it and no ones ordered it you do not want to give people that impression this is your product, and its tastes bad too. I've accepted that now if I go I'm going to have to push back and send it back but if I was served that but if that was my experience on my first time coming I would have never come back.I recommend getting the feast for the first time, it comes with a bunch of extra stuff thats fun and a prechosen menu, on your second go I would say just order what you liked from the menu, the zabaton is excellent, the fried rice is great (it comes with the feast), corn cheese incredible, love the marinated pork. Its a very good spot, my favorite in the city probably.

We got a box takeout and was delicious. One of the dishes was very Americanized, but was all delicious!Went back again after a while. We prefer Baekjeong for the food but nice to have somewhere good but very expensive in Seattle proper.Love that they grill everything for you with good service.Parking: Good parking garage on Summit.

Update : all of what I said below is still true but given Beakjeong in Lynnwood provides similar kind of service at fraction of the price I can't keep them at two stars.I'm usually not one to say this, but isn't really kbbq. It's somehow both elevated to something new but watered down into something I don't recognize. For the price you are paying for, the service might be worth it if you are deathly afraid of cooking your own meat or you wanna focus on the party. That does mean servers have to be very attentive and ensure meat is being cooked at the right time to ensure it flows, and that unfortunately was not the case.Otherwise it's very good quality meat with one glaring omission. Where is the Naengmyeon??? How dare you run a kbbq place and not have Naengmyeon?

Upon entering there was nice hip vibe to the place. The 3 of us got the Signature Feast and started off really well. Cheese corn was a hit, the first two beef were delicious and some of the best cuts. Then the last 2 cuts of meat was something else to be desired. While pork belly by nature is fatty, this was like 80% fat and the last cut of beef, was just too grisly. Maybe next time we would just ala cart since chefs choice felt like whatever was left. The sides were good with the egg soufflé, nice and airy and fried rice had good flavor. They did mess up on our drink orders but when we did get our cocktails they were tasty. A few quality of food issues and mistake on orders had to dock a few stars.

So good! It was great comparing the A5 Wagyu to the domestic wagyu. All in all so delicious but come with an appetite!

I traveled from New York to Seattle and had my first dinner here. The servers' attitude and working style were excellent, and our server Michael took great care of us and left us with good memories. (I think people will have different opinions on kimchi stew)
