The fried skewers were pretty average and not very flavorful, they didn’t seem well-seasoned or marinated enough. That said, the service was good, the staff were friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, the experience was okay, but the skewers could definitely be improved with better seasoning and taste.
I love skewers but haven’t been able to find any quick spots in Seattle, so was excited to have stumbled onto this place!

The chicken cutlet was crispy and delicious, although the chicken skin wasn’t very crunchy at all. Definitely not the best skewers I’ve had, but it was solid and nice for a quick meal. I’ll be returning to try other skewers! Service was friendly, although it was pretty busy so took longer than we expected for our two skewers.
The skewers were delicious and full of flavor! The beef was tender and nicely spiced, sprinkled with sesame for extra aroma. The tofu skewers were crispy outside and soft inside, perfectly seasoned. I also loved the enoki mushrooms — crunchy, savory, and addictive. Everything was grilled just right, not too oily but still juicy. The wooden tray presentation made it look clean and inviting.
