Too expensive for how it tastes, it's good, but not $10+ good
This place is decent although frozen yogurt here is just average — nothing mind-blowing, but it hits the spot on a hot day.
They have a good variety of flavors, and toppings including fresh fruit, crunchy munches and flavor drips though some of the machines and fruit were out of order during my visit. The waffle was over sweet so didn’t make it in our dessert bowl.
The place was clean, the staff were friendly and overall welcoming environment.
Prices are a little on the higher side for what you get. Overall, it's okay if you're nearby, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.
I LOVE FROYO!!!!!! <3333
We had an after dinner snack there several times this week. I went the chocolate route, with oreo, heath, and chocolate sauce toppings. For 3, without overloading our cups, we spent about $20.
The froyo here is always so good. Helpful staff too.
The frozen yogurt craze left my city a decade ago, but my eight-year-old daughter was excited to see a froyo store while visiting Seattle. Grab a cup (big or small) and fill it with as much frozen yogurt as you want. There’s an entire wall of toppings from mochi to fudge to mango.
Love the place super comfortable, and the personal is really nice
Several good choices for the yogurt and so many toppings choices. Enjoyed it very much
I’m happy with my experience at this location. Froyo is always my go to dessert when I’m craving something sweet but not too sweet. Also they offer a good variety of toppings, I personally would recommend cheese cake bites, mochi, and popping boba. You won’t go wrong with original flavor if you like very light sweetness as I do, trust me.
Great variety of flavors and toppings. Love this place.

Rude employee
THIS location is not worth a visit unless youre walking by and craving frozen yogurt.
They don't rotate/switch up their flavors like other locations to match themes of the month, or holidays. They also use imitation/off brand toppings instead of the real stuff even though it's labeled as the real thing. Their oreos are the cheapest off brand you can buy and it's the same for all their toppings except for M&Ms. You know because you don't see the oreo logo on cookies that haven't been broken down all the way, and I've worked in the industry enough to identify fakes but even a normal person would from the taste and appearance alone.
They don't offer tasters so you're going in blind on all the flavors LOL.
ABSOLUTELY FIRE. gummi bears belong on ice cream
I am so happy with the frozen yogurt – this is the best place I’ve ever visited in Seattle, and this store is highly underrated. While I was in the store today, adding toppings to my cup, I saw a lady arguing with the employee in a rude tone about her ice cream. I overheard everything, and what I understood is that her ice cream was too cold or something. She was asking for a refund. The employee tasted the ice cream and confirmed it was perfectly fine, but the lady was still unsatisfied and continued blaming the employee and the store in an even harsher tone.
The employee at the register gave her a gift coupon, but the lady still wasn’t satisfied. The employee then tried to process a refund, but faced an issue with the system. Eventually, the employee gave her cash. The customer walked away with unnecessary words.
I guess she unlocked a new trick and benefited in three ways:
1- Free ice cream
2- A coupon
3- Her cash back
But for me it's the best ice cream ever
Disappointed in the poor service I received here tonight. I live in this neighborhood and walk here regularly for ice cream. I noticed the flavor I got came out of the machine super slow but didn’t think it was bad, just too cold maybe. After tasting it, I confirmed it was not up to quality- freezer burned or something, and I just wanted a refund. I walked back in and I called the lady over to try and explain discretely, and instead of apologizing and refunding me, she is immediately questioning me? Had to try this crap herself, took several moments to smack her lips and roll her eyes in thought deciding if she would tell me it’s good enough for me (I already said it’s not) before calling a colleague over, letting him taste it, repeat steps above, then trying to tell me it’s up to par… etc. SERIOUSLY? And I tried to even say this discreetly. Like, “psst, excuse me ma’am, your machine is likely busted. Others are in here and I don’t want to mess that up for you so I’ll be quiet about it.” And that’s how you respond??? Little tip for your business; it was $9. I had dedicated reward points and a loyalty account here when you rang me up. I patronize this business regularly, what would I be trying to gain by asking for a refund other than my money back for your sub par product? Then? Instead of refunding me she tries to give me a coupon for a free ice cream that is valued at less than what I just spent???? This escalated from poor business management to insulting. She finally pays me back in cash for my credit card transaction? Could’ve just said “so sorry, no problem!” And retained a customer but now I’m pissed off enough to write this review. Safeway is across the street now I’ll just buy a pint from the freezer section next time. I would skip this location if I were you.
