All the toppings were sparse, and along with that the gummy bears were GROSS. The flavors were good especially their cotton candy, the majority of the topping were not that good to begin with could definitely use a different selection. The lady at the front was nice and helpful but the place also looked like it could’ve used a cleaning.

Excellen Location( 12 different types of flavors including Vegan and NSA ) . Very nice an clean place. Staff is always welcoming and ask your feedback. This will be my new dessert place from now on.Vegetarian options: Eggfree options, Vegan options, No Sugar added optionsKid-friendliness: Best place for kids.. Super clean and lovely staff.

Been going here for years at this location and have always loved it . Tonight was such a different experience it was so dirty and gross. All of the labels for the froyo were hanging off and covered in condensation and you could see the mold behind the stickers. There was yogurt dripping all over the floors. The candy was so messy with spoons all over the counter and gummy worms were in the chocolate chips. I tried to use the Hershey shell and it was completely empty , and when my husband used the caramel, chocolate fudge came out ! There were flies everywhere and other customers were complaining about it . We stood at the counter for a few minutes with no one coming to ring us up . After paying over $20 for two froyos we got back to our car only to find out our froyo was completely OFF. It tasted like spoiled milk and we both immediately threw it away outside . It was disgusting. And the place was disgusting. Seemed like a major health hazard . Maybe they got new owners??maybe the person working there hates it?? It's never been this bad before .

We recently visited Menchies in Queen anne and our experience was simply awesome! Being a vegetarian/vegan we always have hard time to find something eggfree, Menchies has many options for us! We tried several seasonal options and we liked chocolate, Strawberry and vanilla flavors.From start to end our experience was really good- nice and clean store and staff was very welcoming. It is definitely becoming our weekend spot.

I came in at 2pm on a Saturday and they were out of 1/2 the flavors (they close at 9pm) Also every time I come in I’m never greeted, and it’s awkward when I go to pay because there’s always a friend of the person working behind the counter too. Or the employee is lounging in the chair and I feel like I’m interrupting them.
