If you donāt like extremely artificial tasting froyo and toppings then donāt go here. But if you do, then this is the place for you!! I much prefer Pinkberry or marcels (in South Africa lol). I got the tart flavor with a couple fruit toppings and popping boba. Everything was way too sweet and the texture was wrong.

Constantly out of flavors at all hours of the day. Toppings bar is pretty gross and sticky. Younger staff seem indifferent to keeping it clean and have used excuses like āyeah,
itās been busy.ā But you canāt sell what you donāt have which seems to be a lot and often.
Delicious frozen yogurt, clean store, but the employee was missing for about 5 minutes Saturday when I showed up. I self served and waited at the register, then she came in from the back.

We've only been here twice because it's insanely expensive. But my son loves it so we do it as a rare treat. Place is clean. No one is ever at the counter. Variety of ice-cream and toppings. They also have a sorbet for those of us who are lactose intolerant or don't want anything creamy and love fruity!

My son has been begging me to take him here for awhile, he's gone with friends, Ive never been here. I finally gave in this weekend and took him to Menchies in W Seattle after we had an escape room date. We each got a cup, maybe 4 inches in dia and 3 inches tall and didn't even fill it past the brim (in fact mine was only about half full with only a spoonful of cheesecake topping and 2 maraschino cherries) so you can imagine my shock when we get to the counter and the total was just under $25! I just about shyt myself. I could have bought 9.6 cartons of kroger ice cream for that. Why does everyone these days have to price gouge SO RIDICULOUSLY MUCH?! I bet it cost them $2 to make. I feel so bad for kids these days that NEVER get treats because their parents just cant afford it. This wasnt an issue in the 80s when I grew up.Anyways, withIn the 10 minute drive home, his was gone and mine was totally melted because it was already so soft coming out of the machine. What a rip off.

My daughter and I have frequented this Menchieās for 6+ years, the product and service has been consistent and we always enjoy ourselves when weāre there. Iām writing this in the hopes that the owner will see it because I don't think itās fair to complain to the teens working the counter that donāt make the policies⦠but the bathrooms at this location have been closed since Covid started and have yet to reopen, while I understand that for a time it made sense to close the restrooms but itās time to reopen them, as an establishment that serves food and drink it is not reasonable to rely on the neighboring grocery store (for which we are not patrons and is not in the same building) for restroom needs. Seems convenient for the owner and neglectful to the customer.

Good selection of flavors and toppings
It seems like the staff is trying their best! Itās a little chaotic in there but most of these self serve places especially ones popular with kids are. Other then that itās clean and everything seems to be standard quality. Just needs some more helping hands on keeping up with replacing OOS items.
The Fro-yo is so good
