I work nearby and usually order take out here. Today, when I went to pick up my order off the shelf, an employee asked me to prove my order. People are constantly going up to the shelf to pick up their orders without having to provide evidence. And in the past when I’ve gone with team members, I never experienced that so it was a little off putting. I don’t know what the employee’s intentions were or if there’s been a change in procedure and they are now checking everyone...
