The staff provided the best service to me! An employee who worked on the evening of October 4, 24! I'm sorry I didn't ask your name, but you probably don't know that we, Koreans, have had the best dinner in Seattle. They even provided hot water, which not even hotels provide, so I enjoyed cup ramen and fruit in a cup. You always showed me kindness with a bright smile, which warmed my heart during my boring trip to Seattle. The variety of drinks in the store was enough to satisfy my curiosity. I hope that my younger sister, who is studying in Korea, will be treated with the same kindness as you.

The website menu said the Italian sandwich cost $8.49. Same for the veggie hummus sandwich we got. The board in the shop didn’t have a price. I ended up being charged $14.99 each for two way below average sandwiches. I called them on it and the guy behind the register just grunted and said “that’s the other sandwich”. WTH? Classic bait & switch. I will never go back.

Beautiful restaurant with old school vibe! The moment you walk in. you can feel the old school vibe, like being transported into history. Services are top notch, staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had some of the best sandwiches here. While the prices are a bit high, the ingredients are incredibly fresh and of high quality. You can choose from their signature sandwiches or create your own. However, the veggie samosa was disappointing and didn't seem fresh, so I'd recommend avoiding it. The service is fast.

Their Tuna Melt sandwich and their soup were so good! But the most important thing is that the staff were so honest! I left my purse there and just noticed it after eating in the hotel room that we checked in. My husband rushed back there and they handed it back to him. All intact...my wallet with my debit and credit cards and my passport. We didn't get their names but it was June 22, 2024, around 11:00 am.
Good service ?. The sandwich I had tasted standard- a bit disappointed with the amount of deli meat slices. I most definitely won’t come back.

The lady who runs the register is rude, doesn't do simple things like hand you your receipt. She needs to be retrained or fired. Also I saw a cockroach between two of the machines.Stay away from this place.

Popped in this Thanksgiving morning since most places were closed, and they were lovely. The Deluxe Breakfast sandwich was perfect on a bagel with cheddar, sausage, and egg. Coffee was fresh and hot, and I was in and out in about 10 mins. Also, their selection of drinks and snacks will bring me back at all hours.
