Incredible food, at my old job we would eat Ingallinas all the time.

Always a treat.

I was just thinking about their baby kale mango salad. It was that good I had to google them and saw I never left a review. That salad may be a monthly special.

Now I want their Cobb salad instead and a chicken club.

Anywho just incredibly fresh good food!

I am telling my current workplace they need to order from there!

Very good service. The first time I had any issues (it was a very small issue) the company offered to refund me for the full order. I was amazed at how far they will go to give the best customer service.

Do your drivers always use the carpool lane illegally like the one that just did? Shame on Ingallina😞

I work nearby and went in to grab a quick lunch. A lady helped me checkout. I bought a TV dinner because I wasn't feeling a sandwich on my lunch break, and a snack and drink. The lady wasn't super attentive but I just had a quick transaction so I didn't think anything of it.

When I went back to work, I tried to heat the meal. However, it was super dehydrated, and then I found it had expired 7 months ago. When I tried to return it, she tried to blame me for it. She tried to say that I should've checked the expiration date before I bought it. I told her I'm not really into the habit of checking expiration dates when I'm shopping because it's illegal to sell expired food. That's her job, I've worked retail, I know.

She didn't know how to give a refund so she offered exchange for another item. I am writing the negative review because the staff doubled down and tried to make it my fault for her not doing her job. They severely lack customer service. Based on the other reviews in addition to this one, now I understand why my coworkers don't bother going there and we just go further down to the gas station that has better food.

LOVE the Caprese sandwich! I added chicken to mine. Prices can be a little steep but the sandwiches are absolutely devine. A perfect little spot for a snack and a beer run.

We recently partnered with Ingallina’s Box Lunch to cater a three-day company luncheon, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I placed the order four days in advance with detailed and specific requirements, and their team was incredibly courteous, flexible, and responsive—both over the phone and via email.
We requested 10 large sandwich trays, with a precise number and variety of sandwiches each day: 23 on the first day, 67 on the second, and 60 on the third. Ingallina’s accommodated every detail, including allowing us to customize the sandwich selections in each tray. They even adjusted their standard packaging—typically sandwich halves are wrapped individually, but at our request, they wrapped whole sandwiches together to streamline our serving process.
Deliveries arrived well within the scheduled time window each day, and the sandwiches were clearly made fresh each morning. The quality of service and food was consistent and impressive throughout. We had an excellent experience with Ingallina’s Box Lunch and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Bad service, I went there a couple of days ago, and the lady was so mean. Her behavior was bad. She wasn't giving a good attention, never come back again!

We order Ingallina's for all of our corporate meetings and have only had great experiences. They call quickly after putting an order in to confirm the order details and always deliver on time. We recommend them for any corporate lunch catering.

I went in for a coffee and the lady at the counter mothered me into buying a kimbap. I guess she knew I hadn't eaten breakfast. It's very tasty! I am a little dubious of the food safety as it was just sitting in a tray next to the register at room temperature but sometimes I'm willing to take that risk for the experience of trying something new. I really enjoyed my visit, I don't often leave a convenience store feeling nurtured.

I keep seeing reviews about high prices, but I actually think it’s the opposite. Prices are way more reasonable than any other place. I’ve personally been to in Seattle. They make their own kimchii and have kimbap on the weekdays, Staff has been friendly the two times I’ve been in.

Expensive spot and kinda empty all the time but they have the basics and the staff are all very kind! I haven’t had a chance to get a sandwich there yet but my boyfriend gets them every once in a while and seems to like them!
