Sadly this place has gone downhill. Very expensive birthday dinner included long wait times for food, undercooked and over salted steaks (you had one job) and overworked service people. Will not be coming back.

Bad service and low quality steaks. Filet mignon had chunks of fat and when I ordered it well done and when it came out raw and asked for it to be cooked more the waitress said next time ask for it to be burnt. Also for a table of 2 ordering over $300 in food and drinks I expected at least good service this automatic 20% service fee is a scam and allows for the service to be horrible. Never recommending this place again and never will return.

Had a terrible experience specifically due to the sommelier, who was extremely rude, condescending, and strangely determined to make us feel unwelcome. His attitude was so dismissive and high-brow that it completely derailed what was supposed to be a special evening. We ultimately left the restaurant because of how uncomfortable and disrespected we felt. I’ve dined at many fine-dining establishments and have never encountered service this unprofessional or abrasive. For a restaurant that positions itself as elevated and refined, the behavior we experienced was shockingly out of place. Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I can’t in good conscience recommend this place to anyone looking for a gracious or memorable dining experience.
Came here a couple of weeks ago with two girlfriends and had the most fabulous experience. The food was incredible and the staff was fun and engaging. This is a perfect spot for a night out treating yourself to a luxurious dinner. Matt O was awesome!

Oh my gosh!!! We had Chateaubriand for two “perfection!! “ really no words. Never have I ever had tenderloin that good! . We can’t say enough about the dinner and staff that waited on us purely spoiled us to no ends. Thank you Metropolitan Grill for a very special occasion!
