Terrible customer experience. In the middle of ordering ramen and they just turn off the ordering system. No warning. 5 humans standing there. No offer to help, no grace. Sorry you're out of luck.
This delicious ramen trailer is tucked in the back of Figurehead Brewing and has a diverse menu of traditional ramen from different regions of Japan. I recommend the Hiroshima Tan-tan-men and Nagoya Taiwan ramen if you enjoy spice like I do. There is plenty of seating in Figurehead and there’s a lovely outdoor seating area as well. The service is friendly and quick, and there’s lots of condiments and topping available for self serve. Come check it out!

Midnite Ramen is inside the brewery in the back. It was hard to find so we had to ask the person behind the counter at the brewery. We went after 11 pm and they only serve ramen after a certain time, everything else like dumplings is stopped.
We got the miso ramen with chicken and it was really good. The spice in it was amazing, and brought life to this dish. I would keep this place in my backpocket for whenever it’s late and I need ramen.
Plenty of seating area, shared with the brewery.

LOVE Midnite Ramen. There are a few critics on here whom I very strongly disagree with!! We used to live in Lower Queen Anne and hit up the food truck all the time. Now we live in Maple Leaf and I am beyond excited Midnite Ramen got a brick and mortar location north of the cut. Anyone who followed them between locations can appreciate their quirky set up and more importantly, their DELICIOUS ramen. It’s my husband and I’s favorite ramen spot in the city. Bold, flavorful broth that doesn’t skimp on ingredients ratio, yummy, slurpy noodles. A favorite go-to spot for a casual, comforting meal — especially once the cold rainy weather hits!!

Got shoyu ramen and gyoza. Ramen was okay but not amazing. Gyoza also okay but they were fully fried, like wontons, not steamed and pan fried as expected

Shrinkflation :( half an egg in my $17 ramen and it seems like you get half as much pork now (two slices and no chopped bits). Sad
I was so excited to try but Ramen is not good :/ and they use paper dish and plastic spoon but price any cheaper. Vibe is good tho. We won’t come back again because of mainly food quality 🫠

Much better than most around here, only thing that beats this out that I've tried so far is ooink
Delicious, late night ramen. Restaurant has a giant garage door open to the warm night air, outdoor seating, and saki. Feels like a community dining experience in some ways. A new favourite.
