Honestly the best value in Seattle. We come here with our 2 kids and every single time everyone is so happy. The service is great and the food is on point! Fun place too. Play games while waiting.

I had been really looking forward to eating at midnite ramen, since I hadn’t been in almost a year, and it was my favorite ramen place around town. However, our experience today around 7 PM was super disappointing, and the ramen and experience has changed for the worse.

We ordered two Kyoto Chashumen bowls at the kiosks (the food truck is completely gone now) and were told that we would get a text when the food was ready. After waiting for 30 minutes, I approached the kitchen counter, and after being asked my order number, I was told (with some chuckles from the staff member) to “wait a bit longer.” The ramen was ready soon after, but the quality is definitely worse now. The chashu pieces were each less than 2 inches long and felt like the thinnest possible shavings of meat. The broth tasted more like instant ramen broth than actual ramen broth. For $45 after taxes+tip, this was not worth it. Unfortunately, we won’t be back, and I won’t be recommending it to others anymore :(

Waited about 60 minutes for a bowl of ramen, seemed excessively long.

In the end, the ramen was nothing special either, I've had better at Menya and other Japanese restaurants in capital hill.

Parking is easy in nearby neighborhood street parking, and seating is self serve so sometimes there are no tables available.

The Ramen is decent, the broth is rich and tasty. A little bare on the toppings but still enjoyed our noodles with a beer from Figurehead.

Changed their gyoza recipe and now it's awful 😞.

Not a place I need to go, but if I’m in the area and want ramen and a beer, it’s a good spot.

The ramen is fine. Nothing amazing and nothing horrible. Primary pain point is the plastic spoons. They really suck, it would be cool and less wasteful if they had dishes for dine in orders.

The restaurant is well decorated and the bartender is welcoming and polite. I tried the kombucha, takoyaki, and cyclists ramen. Everything was delicious. I also received a free Pokémon card.

The food was good, and it’s definitely worth trying if you’re in the area. The ramen was flavorful and satisfying.

This used to be my favorite ramen place in Seattle when it was a food truck. Since it moved into the brewery, the prices went up, but the quality and flavor has gone way down. I’ll be going to Menya in caphill.

The ramen was not very flavourful and served in a paper bowl. It was $18 with tips and there was no service. They served me deep burned fried gyoza (see picture) which was so bad.

Ramen and home made gyoza is great, but on the expensive side. A bowl of tan tan ramen in a paper bowl costs $17-18. It is pretty awesome that we were able to order Japanese food at a brewery

I don’t have a super refined ramen palette, but I thought this place was pretty bomb. I got the minced beef one and added pork belly. Rich, tasty, and filling. Sat in the corner, stared at a wall, great me night w/ good food. Highly recommend.
