This delicious ramen trailer is tucked in the back of Figurehead Brewing and has a diverse menu of traditional ramen from different regions of Japan. I recommend the Hiroshima Tan-tan-men and Nagoya Taiwan ramen if you enjoy spice like I do. There is plenty of seating in Figurehead and there’s a lovely outdoor seating area as well. The service is friendly and quick, and there’s lots of condiments and topping available for self serve. Come check it out!
Midnite Ramen is inside the brewery in the back. It was hard to find so we had to ask the person behind the counter at the brewery. We went after 11 pm and they only serve ramen after a certain time, everything else like dumplings is stopped.
We got the miso ramen with chicken and it was really good. The spice in it was amazing, and brought life to this dish. I would keep this place in my backpocket for whenever it’s late and I need ramen.

Anyone who followed them between locations can appreciate their quirky set up and more importantly, their DELICIOUS ramen. It’s my husband and I’s favorite ramen spot in the city. Bold, flavorful broth...
