Decent little spot for boba tea and mochi donuts.

I mainly just go here for boba milk tea, so my experience with this place is a little limited despite coming here somewhat often.
The milk tea is really good, but the boba tends to be a little too squishy. There have been a few times where they mixed up a bit of my order (eg I say "no ice" but they give me ice), but this might be due to me speaking quietly rather than an issue on their part.

Overall a decent place, not my top pick for boba but I'm glad it exists so close to my apartment

The chick with piercings and colored hair has mad attitude for no reason. Can’t ask her a damn question because it’s a bother. I can get better service at the McDonald’s right next door…

I drink boba multiple times a week and I've never thrown a boba out until this. Very little amount of boba and the drink just tasted bad.

I got vanilla sprinkle, churros, coffee, and raspberry (my favorite). The texture is between mochi donut and a regular donut, but it hit the craving for mochi donuts. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this place, but if I was passing by, I’d probably stop in

This was honestly the worst boba place i’ve EVER been to. not to mention, the terrible customer service, the guy serving me had an airpod in and gave me an attitude while i was ordering my drink. The drink itself tasted like sugary water. The donuts didn’t even have a mochi texture, it tasted like a regular donut which i could get at krispy kreme’s for better quality. I would avoid this place if you’re trying to get boba or mochi donuts.

Visited this place with family after a trip to pacific science center. Ordered doughnuts and boba tea.

They didn’t mention until the drink was prepared and paid for , that boba pearls aren’t included in normal order of boba tea (?!). And at that point there was no option to pay and add boba because they were ‘out of boba pearls’. Shouldn’t this be mentioned at the beginning of a boba tea order?! We ended up paying for and drinking a super sugary and expensive juice. Ruined the entire experience.

I'm not sure why the place is called DIY if you can't make the tea yourself. They also had a menu, which I tried to order from, but the cashier told me that the menu had not been updated. So I wasn't sure what to order; it was very confusing

Not good at all, donut flavours seemed artificial. Tried matcha, strawberry, churros, coffee.

I had a great experience here. I grabbed a matcha ube latte and a raspberry mochi donut. Both my items were fabulous, I would come back again.

We saw the milk being diluted with water without giving it too much attention. But the drinks ended up being flavorless. Also, one of the drinks was not sealed properly.

This was the worst boba place i’ve EVER been to. The terrible customer service, the person serving me barely acknowledged me. The drink itself had no flavor. It was so sugary, basically syrup and sparkling water. I don’t know why it’s called tea lol… also pretty sure they got my order wrong but I didn’t even care to ask for a new one because before I could even do that the barista turned around and left to be on their phone. The mochi donuts were okay but not great. I would avoid this place if you’re trying to get boba or mochi donuts.

Rather disappointed by their limited selection. This spot is called "DIY" but I'm not sure what was DIY about it. I went on a weekday evening (which I thought was pretty typical for a boba spot), and they were sold out of most items, but didn't indicate they were sold out so everytime I tried to order, I was told they didn't have it. TBH I don't even remember what I ended up ordering because it wasn't that memorable.
