I loved everything about this place. They have have a few samples at the front that are held at nice drinking temperature. The tea menu is huge, descriptive, and well organized. The food is very good too.
The teas are wonderful! There’s a wide selection of teas to choose from, including some very creative options which you can’t find elsewhere. I tried the seasonal matcha latte with coconut, which was incredible!
Tried this place for the first time today. We had ginger matchas lightly sweetened and they were both great. Came also to buy their Bourbon St rooibos in the little tins. Looking forward to trying so many of their infused tea drinks.
Tried the ginger matcha latte with honey at Miro Tea—absolutely loved it! The ceremonial matcha is smooth and high quality, with a warm kick from the ginger and a touch of sweetness. The vibe here is amazing—calm, cozy, and perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. A must-visit for tea lovers!
The squash loaf was amazing. Not a long wait once order was taken. I felt like the water ratio was off but flavor was there.
they did have wifi which has been hard to find in seattle.
Absolutely incredible selection of teas, free ones to sample, tea pots and pottery for sale, yummy pastries, rotating seasonal menus (the coconut cold foam matcha was to die for). Also a great place to work/study and is pretty quiet during the week.
I wandered in here unknowingly that this was a magic tea place... Yes, that's a strange comment, but have you had their Nitro tea?! I just had the seasonal berries and cream tea. It's likely one of the best tea beverages I've consumed. It has brought me back to life. Honestly, I want to go get a second one. The pieces of cake look incredible. I am so excited to visit again!
I purchased a beautiful mochi. Haven't tried this yet. It looks delightful.
Overall very lovely place. Very well designed and executed tea drinks (and pastries)! Super lovely and thoughtful staff (it’s a highlight for me!). Nice atmosphere. Good place to hang out.
Terrible costumer service ! They need to get rid of the two who were working this morning 4/26. Do you guys read the reviews about costumer service, jeez, please work on that?!

The pink chai latte with pistachio foam was delicious. Not too sweet, mild chai flavors, yet still unique and memorable.
Very pleasant and harmonious space. They have samples of tea you can try before ordering, and a very large selection to order from. Staff is friendly and makes good recommendations. I felt they cared for their guests to have a good experience. Their tiny Japanese desserts were great! Not too sweet. Space is calm and perfect to work or read.
This is everything I look for in a perfect study spot. Huge selection of teas, great presentation of their drinks, cozy vibes with lots of seating and outlets. If you are into specialty drinks, that alone has a nice variety of choices, otherwise if you love simple loose leaf tea, they have so many tasty blends to choose from that I can't help but think about coming back to try more of what they offer.
Favorite tea place in Seattle
Quaint tea shop in downtown Ballard area with authentic Japanese Matcha lattes as well as creative tea lattes from other regions, loose leaf tea and an inventive atmosphere.
