Ventured from the Pike's market for some Turkish coffee and baklava. Dare I say they do a great job? They do. We've had Turkish coffee at places like Cafe Intermezzo in Atlanta. So we were a little confused that theirs came in an actual coffee cup and a full one at that. Pleasant surprise. Baklava was also worth a try. I image most of their food is worth a try, but we had already had breakfast so I wasn't able to try anything else today. I have made a note to stop...
It’s a small, cute restaurant that we visited during our stay at Hyatt Regency. We ordered lentil soup, lahmajun and burek. Everything was delicious. I’m sure breakfast would be another good option here. Highly recommend!
An unforgettable taste of Turkey in Seattle!
We were looking for a quick dinner while visiting from the SF Bay Area and stumbled upon Miss Cafe. Having tried lahmacun at other places before, we didn’t expect much—but wow, were we wrong. To our absolute surprise, we had the best lahmacun we've ever tasted—even compared to restaurants in Turkey! Perfectly crisp, flavorful, and authentic.
We later learned that the chef is from Maraş, a city in Turkey...
