I’ve been here twice now and it’s my favorite bowl of pho in the Seattle area.
My dad came to the US in 1975 from Vietnam and has been taking me to pho for as long as I can remember. A bowl of pho tai chin is how I measure. Their broth is super rich and flavorful, their veggies fresh, and their meats cooked to perfection. Other dishes that we had were the grilled pork spring rolls (Yum! They have a unique flavor/ kick to their dipping sauce that’s delightful) and the Pho Hanoi, which my BIL also loved.
I love the scooter in the middle of the restaurant. If you’ve ever been to Vietnam…you understand just how much this makes sense. It makes me smile.
The staff is friendly, inviting, and hard working—making sure your water glass is always full and you have everything you need.
Closed on Tuesdays, but open for deliciousness on all the other days of the week.
I look forward to coming back whenever I want to return to and make new memories of grabbing a bowl of pho with my family!

After going I fully understand why people say it’s the best pho spot in Seattle!
Starting with the pho; it’s exactly what you want. The broth is perfect. So aromatic, perfectly salted. The meats are generous and fresh. The noodle ratio excellent. The accoutrements (basil, lime, sprouts) all fresh.
I had the Ha Noi Style. It was a delight. My dining partner had the pho tai. I’d get them again and again.
The Vietnamese coffee was tasty.
The workers were kind and helpful. The service was quick! I loved the open kitchen.
The restaurant is CLEAN! Shout to the cleaning staff. Cleanest restaurant I’ve visited in ages.

Really solid spot for Pho! We got the regular pho bowl which was about $17 which is definitely pricier than other places but they gave a decent amount of meat. The place is pretty small so it fills up quickly, if you are planning to come for lunch, plan ahead!

Almost always busy, so be prepared to wait if it’s a popular lunch or dinner time. The food is consistently delicious though - definitely worth any wait time.

Such an authentic Vietnamese restaurant—everything tastes like home. The food is full of flavor and clearly made with care. The bò lá lốt is so good, but honestly feels like a secret you only know if you’ve been here 😉. Huge shoutout to Helen and Hannah for being so friendly and welcoming—they made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

Ordered takeout around dinner time, when I got there, the food wasn't wrapped, and I had to wait a while for it to be handed to me. However, as I waited, I noticed the staff arguing, and no one was still packing my food, which made the wait even longer. I don't understand why I should be waiting this long for a takeout order, especially since when I came in, only a few tables were waiting, and some of the servers were on their phones. I have eaten here a few times in the past, and I've noticed recently, especially on the slower days, that the service isn't as good as it used to be. Staff are on their phones, and they don't even bother to refill water unless you get up to ask them behind the counter. I'm not sure if there are more staff, but I feel as though every time I've come in during the past year, it's been the same three servers. Maybe it's time the owner takes into consideration what their staff is like when they aren't around. I didn't want to write a bad review before since I've always enjoyed their food, but after seeing the staff argue instead of doing their jobs, I can't help but leave a bad rating.

Large bowl of soup-Pho Sa Te and it was delicious. And large, did I say that? Buddy had the veggie version.
Neither of us left disappointed. I hear the wings are bomb so I’ll be trying those next.
