After going I fully understand why people say it’s the best pho spot in Seattle!
Starting with the pho; it’s exactly what you want. The broth is perfect. So aromatic, perfectly salted. The meats are generous and fresh. The noodle ratio excellent. The accoutrements (basil, lime, sprouts) all fresh.
I had the Ha Noi Style. It was a delight. My dining partner had the pho tai. I’d get them again and again.

Really solid spot for Pho! We got the regular pho bowl which was about $17 which is definitely pricier than other places but they gave a decent amount of meat. The place is pretty small so it fills up quickly, if you are planning to come for lunch, plan ahead!

My dad came to the US in 1975 from Vietnam and has been taking me to pho for as long as I can remember. A bowl of pho tai chin is how I measure. Their broth is super rich and flavorful, their veggies fresh, and their meats cooked to perfection. Other dishes that we had were the grilled pork spring rolls (Yum!
