Great selection of Mezcal and Tequilas. From popular brands to artisan types ranging from silver to extra añejos Tequilas, and from Espadines to Pechuga Mezcal types. Their Traditional Margaritas and Cadillac Agave spirit cocktails were delicious. Got a few shots of Mezcal with the traditional orange slice and Tajín. Attendance was a little light on a Tuesday, but totally loved the Mexican Cantina ambiance of the place. We sat at the bar. Great service by very friendly bar tenders. Place is spacious but gives you that welcoming and cozy feeling. Will definitely come back to try some more of their Agave-based spirits.

Amazing experience at a party upstairs! The food was excellent, they were extremely prepared for our group and explained the plan for the evening so clearly to everyone. Food came out fast, drinks were ready to go and the staff was amazing. We had a bunch of teen girls and the owner set them up with a microphone and playlist and they danced and sang all night long. We totally scored and 10/10 recommend a party upstairs. Huge thanks to the owner!

I’ve been addicted to their California burritos for years, but they have become inedible. The one I got today had old, cold, dried up fries. Some tasted like cinnamon sugar (proximity to churros?). The burrito was not toasted, the cheese was cold, the guacamole didn’t taste fresh like it used to.
The take-out order was ready in 4 minutes. It’s impossible to prepare fresh food that quickly.
People working there are always very nice and the atmosphere is fine, but if the food has become so bad, what’s the point?

I hit this place every weekend in January bc most of the menu has a vegan option + there’s so many things to try. The burritos are huge + contain a decent amount of bell peppers, yesss. They couldn’t say what brand of “beef” they use bc the prep cook wasn’t around, just that it’s soy-based. I tried the carne asada quesadillas anyway + liked them. I prefer the chorizo tho, like I was actually surprised how much I loved the chorizo tacos. The black beans needed a pinch of salt (easy fix). The equites were full of flavor, yum.
My partner sent friendly feedback about an order mistake that was nbd + the manager went above + beyond to make it up to us. I hella recommend this place.

I asked the bartender a recommendation of a good quality anejo tequila because they didn't have the one I wanted my sister to try... he made a choice and we asked how much.. he gave the price and we specifically said we wanted to do one shot. He poured two in which i thought he was splitting the one shot... but went ahead and charged me for two shots even though we said we only wanted one shot... he did that intentionally to get $60 out of me...slimball move. I will not go back. It left me feeling disgusted with the bartender...

As a Mexican visiting Seattle, I was so impressed to find truly authentic Mexican food here. Our waitress, Iris, was fantastic she recommended some of the best dishes on the menu, and Mario, the cook, even came out to serve us, which made the experience feel even more special. To top off the night, we met Ben, the owner, who made us feel right at home.
I highly recommend trying the stuffed jalapeños—they were absolutely delicious! For dessert, don’t miss the Mexican chocolate ice cream; it’s a must-try! And the margaritas? They're to die for.
I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Mexican flavors!

The Mission Cantina team is and was amazing!!! We hosted a baby shower lunch here and the team was so kind and attentive to our needs. A special shoutout to Mike, Liam and Gina! The space was perfect for our lunch of 16 people. We ordered appetisers ahead of time, and people individually ordered their mains and drinks, which they enjoyed. The space was clean and nicely decorated.
This was an unfortunate dining experience. There were only two people working. We sat and ordered fairly quickly. Our drinks never came, including lemonade for the kids. Half the table received their food. The other three plates never came. After 45 minutes we asked to just take the missing dinners to go. Was told only one of the missing meals was made. The meal we were sent home with was not what we ordered. I felt bad for the people who worked there. I’m also not sure how we ended up with a $30 bill when we never received drinks, most of our food or the wrong food.

Tried this place again and it was a disaster. Just way too short staffed and didn't seem to try to do anything about it. They just kept seating people and were even still doing take out orders.
We sat down, ordered food and beers. 25 minutes later half our food came out, no beers, and then nothing came out at all until we started getting up and checking on what was going on a while later.
I feel bad for the staff. This was the owner's fault. You can't run a place this big with just 2 people in front of house.
