Customer service is terrible. The workers don't really look at you nor are they friendly. Food was made to order and since we went early the donuts just got out of the fryer. I didn't care for my ube latte and the fresh strawberry cooler was still pretty bland. The Korean corn dogs were great and I love the location and ambiance of the restaurant. For 2 boba teas, 3 Korean corn dogs, 1 iced ube haze cream latte, a strawberry fizzy drink, and a half dozen donut plus tax and til was $76. Half a dozen donuts is $17 dollars and some change. We love Korean corn dogs with sugar so that was delicious. We got a fruity pebble donut, original glaze, and churro donuts. The only one I enjoyed was the churro. It wasn't extremely sweet. Honestly I could live without mochinut.

Good price for the hot dogs, mochinut, and boba! Taste was amazing. Perfect mall food. The service was impeccable- sweetest cashier ever. Ambiance was fun. There's some places to sit and take pics!! NOM NOM NOM!!!!

Okay! Where has this place been all my life? I usually drive by but today I happened to be walking by and caught a whiff of the goodness and stopped to try it out. I'm hooked. Hotdogs, donuts, and all goodness between.

100% RECOMMEND!! i cannot say enough kind words. i've always been a big fan of mochinut, but today i became a forever customer. mochinut catered at my school tonight, and i could not be more pleased with the mochinut representatives. they're sweet like their donuts! knowing there's good people behind your food is always an amazing feeling. not to mention, the sweets are so tasty! there's not one bad thing i can say. if you're the mochinut worker i spoke to today, you're awesome! i love mochinut!!

First time trying mochi donuts! They were super doughy and much larger than I thought they’d be. All the donuts tasted fresh. The strawberry one was my favorite, the flavor was sweet but not too sugary. I will definitely be back!

This Mochinut is located within a larger building. The menu was easy to look through and they have an option to order through a person or on the screen. You can see donuts being freshly made. I loved the donut and the rice dog that we got, but our service and wait time was horrific. We ordered three donuts and one rice-dog. The messed up the first rice-dog and had to remake ours which is fine. But they were very focused on DoorDash orders and many many people behind us got served before we ever did. We ended up waiting a half an hour just for a snack. They did not apologize for the wait or even inform us, we had to inquire, politely may I add, to get any information. At least the building had cool art to look at.Vegetarian options: They have cheese rice-dogs for people that do not eat meat. However, everything appeared to be fried in the same area.Dietary restrictions: When I tried to ask about allergies and cross contamination, the workers had no idea how to answer.

I loved their donuts but their boba pearls were not frees so I didn’t liked their boba tea at all.

The food and drink have always been great quality (arguably the best flavors and mochi donuts in the city), but the quality of service and staff has seemingly decreased over the past year. Make sure your order is correct before leaving.

Unique donuts with a great texture and flavor. The Vietnamese coffee was my favorite! I love that they aren’t overly sweet like a normal donut. I wanted to try a dessert that I couldn’t get at home while we were visiting Seattle, and this definitely hit the spot.

I loved it, at the time I did come like 20 minutes before closing didn't get to try the whole menu but I did get the matcha milk tea and donut and both were amazing. Also customer service was really patient and didn't turn us away to do them almost closing shop. Do recommend, will come back to try the hot dog.

I came for a boba tea and the machine didn’t have the option for “add boba” so I assumed it came with drink. It didn’t so I got charged $7 for TEA no boba. I can make tea at home. Why is it so hard to get? Then they want to charge me 50 more cents and won’t take my card for small purchases like that and still make me wait in line again to get my drink right. No thanks.

The SLU location has the weirdest flavors that aren’t good at all. I prefer the one in bothell cause they always have the Nutella which is their most popular one.

Who doesn't like to open a box of assorted fresh Mochinut donuts! Such an easy donut to share and pull apart sections so everyone can try them all. A fun twist on donuts and one that you will want to come back to over and over again.
