I liked the pizza
I walked right up and ordered with no wait but it took more than 15 mins to get my pizza and when I finally did, one of the slices was missing all the cheese because of the little metal tent they use for the order number.

I love MOD Pizza, but the area around it is filthy, with so many rats running around like it’s normal. It doesn’t feel sanitary, and it’s concerning that nothing is being done about it. It really makes you worry about buying food from the restaurants nearby and the potential for contamination.

Best pizza in town! We love how yummy and healthy Mod is. The one closer to our home in CA closed down. We were so delighted to find this one in Seattle downtown. Keep growing Mod!

Only one staff member who isn’t rude. They all interrupt you and get annoyed when you order anything but a cheese pizza. Good food, but overpriced for what it is. I usually don’t even bother to write reviews but staff does not want to be here.

Overpriced tiny pizzas and drinks. They started great and were swallowed by shrinkflation. The crust was much better and fluffier originally.

Mod Pizza isn't exactly the best pizza out there but it's fast, easy, and convenient. This one is located inside a food court next to the children's museum in the same area as the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and various other attractions. Not exactly worth the trip for food if you're not already there for the other attractions but it's a good lunch option if you're already there.
Very rude. The guy totally ignored me even I was in the cue and asked for my pickup order mentioning my name and I asked for it. He just ignored me and even attended the guys behind me. I had to wait for all of them to go out, and ask again for my pizza, which was already there before all those customers!!!!!!!! Horrible , unfair service.

Pizza was burnt underneath and raw in the middle unevenly cooked one side super dark and the other side lightly cooked didn't pop any bubbles and destroyed the topping spread. service was super depressing and they kept glaring at me like I did something wrong. I work and have made pizzas for 3 years would never come back don't recommend.
Wow this staff is great! It was super busy during Pride with a long line and they got everyone through quick. Friendly and the pizza was perfect!

Amazing food and outstanding service!
Not only was the meal delicious, but the staff went above and beyond. My daughter accidentally threw her shoe out of the stroller without us noticing. One of the employees actually ran across the park to return it to us! That kind of honesty and dedication is rare — definitely someone worth keeping on the team. We’ll absolutely be back!

Poor management. Large crowds of people walking in after an event on a Sunday. Instead of waiting for a lull in the crowd an employee just came out and said if we hadn’t already placed an order we couldn’t come in as they were cutting people off at this point. Literally separated our group in half instead of just waiting for all people on the porch to arrive. We were the last 4 walking in and then there was nobody, would have made so much more sense to say no to anybody else after we had gotten inside.
