This was interesting. we had heard about Mod Pizza where you design your own pizza so we wandered up to the space needle and found it and gave it a try. Totally worth doing. We wandered out to the patio to eat our meal.

I've eaten here many times before and never had such a bad experience before tonight. I ordered for online pickup at 6:20, scheduling it for 7:00. I was on my lunch break and spent my entire 30 minutes (6:55 to 7:25) waiting for my pizza. Around 7:20 I gently asked the person working the counter if mine was close to being done, I was told "a few more minutes". My pizza was pulled from the oven at 7:23, set in a box, and then just left while members of the team went about other tasks (pressing dough, shuffling other orders around, etc). The person who was in charge of slicing and calling out orders left the station and went to retrieve items from the back, even as my order and others were pulled from the oven. I *could not stay* any longer, as I was on the clock and had to return to work. My pizza would have been ready a half an hour later than I scheduled it and I never received it. Had Cheetos for dinner instead and don't anticipate even being able to receive a refund. After this, I can't trust MOD Pizza's scheduling option to function in a timely manner. I understand when restaurants are busy on high-traffic nights like this, but thirty minutes late when I scheduled forty minutes in advance feels like egregiously bad service. I feel sorry for the people behind the counter who appeared understaffed and unsupported.

Asked to change gloves due to an allergy and received WAY too much attitude/reluctance from someone in food service. Never experienced that at a different mod

Actually great but $12 for a hand sized pizza is just a rip off.

Definitely not as good as every other MOD in Seattle I've been to but it's still very good.

Just a warning for those paying in cash. I am a tourist and wanted to pay in cash and their staff is likely just doing their due diligence. They marked my $50 as a fake bill and proceeded to pay with another bill which they marked again. I ended up paying with my Visa.
These bills are from my local bank and they verified that they are real when I got back. So either their fraud marker is substandard or they just did not want to accept cash payments.

Definitely hit the spot. Ordered 11 inch with peperoni and sausage with a side salad. Service was great and fast. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

We probably didn’t have the best experience of MOD. The pizza was tasty enough but it was incredibly busy, surrounded by oppressive performances in the vicinity and the staff were a bit of a mixed bag - the box folder was latently aggressive to my daughter when he deemed that she had for in her way. Prices and pizza are okay but not much else to recommend about it.

Really great oven cooked pizza. Long lines. But worth it. The Armory is a great place to hang out and just watch folks and eat.

Absolutely terrible customer service! The girl making it added sauce and then put cheese on top without spreading the sauce (they were in small clumps). We asked about it, and she essentially threw a tantrum and mixed the cheese and the sauce together. We ended up walking out right then instead of dealing with immature employees who genuinely shouldn’t work in customer service.
Vegetarian options: Don’t even bother. We saw an employee pick chicken out of the cheese container.
The lady making the pizza was a rude about accommodating vegetarian option. Visibly upset that we asked for cheese that does not have chicken mixed with cheese, she first lied that they have run out of white sauce even though it was right there and then did not spread the the sauce. When asked that the sauce is left in chunks, she started spreading it with all other ingredients on the pizza already.
She was doing all this in the watch of another staff. At this point, we realized that she is just trying to be AH and We left
