This place is in the top two places I go to with my daughter whenever I visit Seattle (U district). It is kind of a toss up, but what I particularly like about this place compared to the other is that they have a wider variety of specific kinds of tea that can be chosen for the drink, which changes the flavor in unique ways. I've walked past this place everyday in the ave but never gave it a shot until now. I didnt have high expectations but the drink was surprisingly good! They had a wide selection of fruity and tea flavors. The drink we ended up getting had the right balance of tea flavor and creaminess. The tapioca was also surprisingly good! Cozy interior. Initially I went there because the reviews said they have mochi donuts. Upon visit it looks like they don't have it anymore so I didn't end up getting anything.
