Our cookies and cream ice cream is unlike any other you've tasted. We've perfected our cookie recipe by baking the most scrumptious chocolate cookies and then layering in a double dose of our homemade cream filling. The result is an irresistible ice cream with chunks and speckles of these tasty cookie morsels in every bite!

Locally grown organic pumpkins from Stahlbush Farms are blended with chai spices like cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper in a rich organic, fair-trade coconut milk.

Inspired by its Spring counterpart Sasquatch, this delicious flavor is made with sweet cream ice cream that's swirled with homemade vanilla bean caramel and tons of homemade yeti granola and Theo chocolate bits. We make our yeti granola in-house by mixing together pepitas and pepita butter, flax seeds, rolled oats, honey and a touch of salt before roasting it in the oven.

Most chocolate ice creams are made using cocoa powder, but we use 70% dark, organic, fair trade Theo Chocolate. We melt the chocolate bars using a hot mixture of cream, milk and sugar and the result is a dense, extra fudgy chocolate ice cream unlike any other.

Molly Moon was magical. Salted caramel on top and cookies & cream on the bottom while humming Luther by Kendrick Lamar. This girl is a happy camper, you can say that I am over the moon about Molly Moon. The restaurant has an old school charm on the outside and modern glam on the inside. Best of both worlds. You can't go wrong with a scoop or two at Molly Moon!

Strawberry Ice Cream: 10/10. Hospitality: Missing.

Showed up at 10:30pm on a Tuesday for a late-night ice cream fix. At 10:45, a staff member decided I’d had enough joy for one night and told me they were closed—while other people waltzed in and got served like VIPs.

Apparently, the ice cream is for everyone… except me?

My first Molly Moon’s! Why is the ice cream so gas!! We tried the salted caramel, honey lavender, and vegan coconut. All have a great depth of flavor, especially the salted caramel. Will think about this ice cream 4ever
