Inspired by its Spring counterpart Sasquatch, this delicious flavor is made with sweet cream ice cream that's swirled with homemade vanilla bean caramel and tons of homemade yeti granola and Theo chocolate bits. We make our yeti granola in-house by mixing together pepitas and pepita butter, flax seeds, rolled oats, honey and a touch of salt before roasting it in the oven.

We've perfected our cookie recipe by baking the most scrumptious chocolate cookies and then layering in a double dose of our homemade cream filling. An ice cream shop classic! To make this flavor we use organic strawberries from Viva Farms-an amazing farm incubator in our very own Skagit Valley. It has swirls and chunks of these locally grown strawberries plus a touch of organic vanilla extract.

Dark chocolate chips from K'ul Chocolate are folded into a fresh cherry ice cream made with rich organic coconut milk and Van, Lambert, and Bing cherries from Alberg Cherry Farm's orchards in Royal City, Washington.

They responded and were very nice in the end sharing the ingredients. I've changed this from 1-4 stars because while the ghosting was annoying they are overall a good ice cream shop. Their normal flavors are labeled with allergens. I would recommend going.

I was given the wrong pint of ice cream, and when I tried to contact them on the contact form from their website to get allergy information they never responded.

I came here one evening just to try them out while visiting Seattle. They have a pretty solid menu, with good variety, and one vegan flavor if that interests you. I went with one of the seasonal flavors -- raspberry white chocolate chip. It was well-reserved and not as sweet as your average ice cream, so the tartness and flavor of the raspberry came through a lot. It had a great smooth texture too. I like it and can't say I've had much ice cream before that I could compare...

Our experience earlier was amazing with large scoops and amazing seasonal flavors but we noticed recently the staff has changed and are not generous with the scoop size as earlier. We used to come twice monthly as we are ice- cream lovers but recently the ice creams are also too sugary and small scoops is disappointing:(
