Top 3 shop Ive been to.
Friendly staff and fantastic ice cream, just what my family needed. If you love yourself, get the waffle cone.
They need to fix the air conditioning, the employees are in terrible working conditions. It’s cruel.
Rude customer service, overpriced, store brand ice cream taste better.
It is located in a dangerous neighborhood and the owner refuses to allow armed police in her store. I will get my ice cream where I don’t risk becoming a victim of a violent crime.
Can't respect a business that isn't ran by someone with an actual brain.
Extremely rude. Overpriced ice cream.
I live in Queen Anne and have been to this location at least 20 times (shame shame). But they project that they are super dog friendly. The first few times I went in there, I would actually pay for a kids scoop to give to my dog. But I was then told that, don't worry about it because we give out pup cups for free. The last two times I've been there, there is an employee who either is just bad at their job or believes that I'm trying to score a freebie, that they literally put a teardrop sized amount of ice cream in the pup cup. On both occasions, I just said fine, I'll pay for a kids scoop. The point is either you commit to something or stop teasing people. Don't dangle a free pup cup but then provide a teaspoon worth of ice cream. This is the kind of petulant behavior that makes you stay away from a place.
This is my favorite place for ice cream in Seattle. They consistently have amazing flavors and I love their chocolate hard shell.
Dietary restrictions: They have many gf and vegan options with clear signage. One year the vegan cherry ice cream was better than the non vegan which has gotten me to try more of the vegan options.

Their ice cream is as good as always, but the value is just incredible (especially if you're using the gift cards from Costco)!
Also, gotta give 'em credit for being tipless. Just a much better experience to pay exactly what it says on the menu. I hope more places start doing this now that the tipped minimum wage in Seattle is no lower than the regular minimum wage.

Not worth the hype at all! I wanted to try this place after reading so many positive reviews but it was a very big disappointment! We ordered the warm brownie sundae, but the brownie was neither warm nor tasty. It was as hard as a rock. We literally struggled to break the brownie. It also tasted stale and smelly. I just wasted my $12. The place also super small with no place to sit. Will never visit them again!

I got two pints of classic yeti from the fridge
The contents were either not mixed or once melted
