Tacos without meat, and I told them that Asada is not boiled.

Hello, I typically don’t do food reviews but this taco truck has me concerned I went to pump gas at the place it’s parked the man inside with a bit longer hair in the taco truck is super creepy bad vibes they have rats crawling under the truck. The truck is non drive able. Expired tags unsanitary. Grease all over the rear part of the truck. Save your money don’t eat here !
They have the aguas frescas next to the used oil and garbage cans. They use Home Depot buckets to make their aguas which is hose water. I know this because I looked into the truck.
The owner of the truck neglects the truck and pays the city so they don’t tow the taco truck. I would NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. If you care about your health.

Don’t get the vegetarian taco! Literally nothing but a few teaspoons of grilled onions and peppers on a tortilla. No beans, no rice, no cheese. Come on!

I ordered the 3 tacos platter with 3 different meats; carnitas(pork), pollo(chicken), and asada(beef).
I did not like the pollo(chicken) or carnitas(pork) they seemed boiledbut . the asada(beef made it worth it! The flavor was on point and it did have the grill flavor and was well seasoned compared to the other 2!

For future reference, I will be getting the asada(beef)!

O and by the way, the prices are awesome! ...Worth driving for.

Best burrito and tacos in town. Genuinely ruined all other taco trucks for me because it's simply the best. The asada burrito and carnitas tacos are to die for. I will forever be a Monarca loyal ??????

This is absolutely the best food truck I have ever been to. It has the best cooked meat, perfect ratios of ingredients, a variety of salsa options (including the best chipotle salsa I’ve had), and great consistency. I always know I am going to get a fire burrito when I go there. Plus, the entire team is so friendly and fantastic. & great prices.
