I love the taste of their espresso and their egg&spinach croissant is simply delicious. Very welcoming baristas, and cute decor.
Incredible espresso and food! Was nice that it had a couple gluten free options as well. Best americano I’ve had in Seattle so far!
Great espresso super awesome owner. Really nice spot to have local!
I have been going there since day 1. The second, third and fourth/current owners made/male not only the best sandwiches and coffees, but it's literally an extended family.
Vibes are peak. Coffee is great. Go here.
Mexican mocha and their breakfast sandwiches and burritos are so so good
Can only speak for the matcha, but it was pretty darn bad for the $8.50 +$1 tip. Also luke warm when I asked for extra hot. I ended up not even drinking it. Disappointed I switched up from my normal spot to come here.
That shiij good
This place is dope as hell. Super good vibes, great burrito, good chai, open windows on a sunny day!!
Monkey Grind is the kind of coffee shop that pulls a community together. It's a friendly place to meet your neighbors and get to know them better. The coffee and food is great, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Everyone who works here is friendly and human. The art installations have great variety and showcase amazing talent from around the city.
I couldn't ask for more in the heart of my neighborhood.

This place has really good smoothies and really good egg sandwiches. I always get the “Don’t sweat the technique” with strawberries and a spinach, egg and cheese on an English muffin. The staff is very friendly and have created a family environment.
Great coffee, atmosphere and people. When I wfh I work from here. Cool beans!
Was excited to try the chai and food after reading the great reviews. Unfortunately both chai latte’s I ordered tasted watered down, and my caramel chai didn’t have any caramel flavor. Most food and bakery items were sold out by the time I got there, 2pm on a Sunday for future reference. I don’t think I’ll be returning but glad other folks have a good experience here.
This place has a ton of regulars for a reason!! Maybe two reasons actually. First, the coffee is amazing and made with care. Second, the staff is warm, friendly, and honestly feels like home! I went in today and after I told her I was “terrified for 2025” the barista literally held my hands and told me why everything was going to be okay. She makes me feel like an old friend every time I go in!
This place is the shiznit, always prompt and super friendly. The coffee is great and I suggest the sausage green chili burritos. 🖤🌈
