We tried this place as we'd read about it. Plus it was a place we good hang out for a bit while w waited to meet friends at a nearby restaurant for a late lunch.
The Pike street location is basically bolted in to a wall on the side of a building. It has an order area and a pickup area. The staff are quirky but infectious and very efficient.
There is outdoor seating only. This was fine as it was a nice day with the sun out.
We both ordered cappucinos and they were very good. A good option for those of us that eschew the chain coffee places.
Recommended if you are in the area or on your way somewhere and it is is on your way.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this might be taken as feedback. I ordered a 16oz latte this morning and it was 40% only foam, seriously almost half the cup was air. I always order this on your 3rd Ave location and it’s always almost full cup with the right amount of milk.

Our visit to Downtown Seattle started off disappointing with a vegan cafe that wasn't interested in it's customers so we walked out and was recommended Monorail for a coffee that was like no other since arriving here. 10/10 on cappuccinos with oatmilk, delectable on the palate. Worth a visit if you haven't already done so. Wish this was back in England :-)
