Rude. Really, really rude service. I never ask servers to be over-solicitous, but I was downright treated badly. Please find workers who are at the very least, polite. It's Seattle, not New York City.

If your drink sucks and you don’t like your drink they don’t care, you have to pay to have them make you a new drink and the baristas acted like they were offended that I didn’t like my drink and they had to make me a new one, it was a weird experience! It must have been just this location because I tried a different location yesterday and it was a 5 star experience all the way around. 🤷🏻♂️

Monorail offers a delicious products served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were my go to coffee shop during a trip to Seattle. It is impressive how a small operation like this puts out a great product that I got asked in the wild where I got due to coffee beverage envy.

Walking I Tried to see what pastry were available to buy , but when I reached the window before I even said anything , the woman at the front closed the window in my face and said she had to use the bathroom and left , no sorry no nothing, Not even “hey just wait til I get back ..” Weird and kind of rude. She Could have handled it better , that’s also second weird moment I had with one of the workers there ….so I won’t be back for another purchase.
