Huge vegan menu! I enjoyed the Bo bun hue/royal noodles, and thought it was decent. 4/5
They do have a credit card fee surcharge, and they do charge the tip on the tax which I think is a little annoying.
I love their expansive vegan menu with plant-based versions of so many traditional Vietnamese dishes. Bun Mam is a noodle soup with fermented fish, and it’s hard to find even the regular version in Vietnamese restaurants here. So I was very pleasantly surprised and excited to see a vegan version. It was delicious! I will definitely be back to try more.
As soon as you enter this establishment in Seattle’s central district, you know you’re going to have solid service from an experienced restaurant team. And that we did! Service was excellent and hard-working. There were so many vegan options to choose from all with an eclectic sensibility of traditional and fusion Asian cuisine.
