One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had (Spanish Fly). The biscuit was flavourful with a crisp outside and fluffy inside. For the sandwich you can decide which variety of biscuit you want and they have seasonal varieties and coffee too. I went the morning of the superbowl and the vibe was great and there was plenty of seating. It is a self-bus restaurant but that just adds to its charm!

Always great, guaranteed deliciousness. I am always for Spanish Fly, but with their amazing Tomato Jam instead of the Aioli. Strongly recommended.
Now after a few years I am all for Fast Track with an over easy egg! Morsel is still supreme

This is a little gem tucked away in the University district. The Spanish Fly breakfast sandwich on a Garlic cheddar biscuit was amazing! Perfect for a cooler, rainy morning. Coffee was delicious as well. The seating area was just tables and benches but it felt like I had found a new secret, favorite spot!

Great biscuits, even a gluten free biscuit. Fun decor, casual. Sticker shock at the biscuit sandwich prices, but since superior to most other biscuit sandwiches, worth it. Veggies in the day’s soup came from the U district farmers market.
I went here once during the pandemic for pickup and was like “this is really good”
I came today and was like “this is the best biscuit I’ve ever had by far, this is the best egg I’ve ever had by far, ect. I live in Wedgwood and there’s a really good bakery between me and the U district so I always say “I’ve already had breakfast” when I walk by, but I’m going to have breakfast for lunch much more often.

Absolutely our favorite food in the uw district. Portions are good for the price. Delicious food. Highly recommend the Spanish fly. Drinks are great too. Workers are kind and welcoming. Last time we can was post Covid when you ordered only at the front no dinning seating. Fun to actually sit down and remember the good old days here.
Highly recommend!

One of the best biscuits I’ve had. Crisp on the outside, soft and moist inside, and delicious even on its own. The fig jam is perfectly balanced as well. Lively weekend vibes without feeling crowded, plus a fun, welcoming space. Worth coming back for the biscuit alone.

If you like biscuits do yourself a favor and check Morsel out. They offer several different types as sandwiches or with gravy. They also serve great coffee and espresso beverages. Wonderful staff as well.

Unbelievably good biscuits and gravy and everyone’s super nice 👍
I love the biscuits and the short menu. Last time I went the biscuits were a little dense which has been the first time that’s happened. They were extremely busy and it did take a solid half hour to get our food. I’m pretty sure they forgot our order when I went up to them and asked they didn’t know where it was and then I told it to them and they fixed it.
