I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered 鱼香肉丝，but the staff gave me a completely different one. What made it worse was that neither the chef nor the server told me about the mistake. It felt like they knew the order was wrong but chose to hide it.
When I went back to question the staff, she immediately knew which dish had been served incorrectly without even taking a close look. This clearly confirmed that she already knew about the mistake beforehand.

The people here are sooo nice they always show a lot of kindness and the food is ALWAYS incredible. I looove to get the kung pao chicken which is always perfect and the chicken fried noodles are the best. the pan fried dumplings are also a staple. the green beans also are excellent and all the portions are huge!!! everything always tastes fresh and delicious. 😋 not all the food i mentioned is pictured!

This place was awesome. My family and I absolutely Love, dim sum. We left ozone. We love Din Tai Phung. We love love dumpling world as well as TNT seafood. This place by far has the best tasting Xaio Long Bao in the Seattle area! The only other dish we've tried so far is the Wuhan dry noodle. I do wish that it came with a meat option. But the taste was amazing!

I went here with my best friend for my birthday. I had been wanting dim sum and had passed by the restaurant a billion times and never had the chance to come and try the food.
Maybe it was the build up, but I was so disappointed in my experience. I never got a refill on my water, the server was difficult to find, our food came out in the weirdest order. Entree, soup, appetizer, entree, rice. There was no sui mai the entrees came out at different temperatures.
It took so long between each item and had asked for my rice to be brought out with the entrees. My friend and I were done with our meals at very different point during our time in the restaurant.
Even after getting the bill and boxing our left overs, we were left waiting that much longer for our server to bring us our change.
Keep in mind that there were only 4 tables in the restaurant.
Just a disappointing experience that was set up to be an easy win for the restaurant.
Delicious beef noodle soup, massive bowl with tender beef good for 2-3 meals, everything here is amazing value and price performance

If I could give 10 stars to service, I would! The manager was extremely kind to every customer and helped me with an issue when I ordered. They were also very polite when the item I ordered was unavailable and offered a good alternative. The restaurant was adorned with cute holiday decorations and the dumplings I ordered were delicious! I greatly recommend coming here for atmosphere, service, or food 🤩

We came here for lunch and ordered the soup dumplings and pan-fried buns,both were fresh and delicious . The cauliflower was flavorful and very tasty. and we also got to watch the chef making buns right in the restaurant, which was a nice experience. My friend and I will definitely come back again!

Nasty, heavy with greasy mess. My stomach feels like someone poured straight oil into it. The tofu was gooey and in very uneven chunks. The beef with the tofu was gray and had no flavor. That soup was the greasiest I have ever seen. Will NEVER order from them again.
