I find myself super lucky being relatively close to this store. Being able to pick up all my board game, DND, and magic the gathering cards and accessories all in one place is amazing! The food here is fantastic, being able to get drinks while participating in a draft night or just hanging out with my friends make this place a great 3rd space. Buying singles here is fantastic too. Their portal is well designed and easy to use and practically everything that you might be looking...
Great place to stop in at and play games. The food is great and workers are nice. My issue is ordering cards from their system has had bad quality the last few times. I will get cards marked as NM or EX and they will come scratched and whitened. They will offer to swap them for another in same condition (if they have it). This issue has happened too many times for me to be just a mistake.
My wife and I come here a lot (1-2 times a week for over four years) and have generally positive experiences. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is well kept, however I feel the need to share a negative experience we had recently.
