I stopped in for a quick break and ordered a mocha and a shakerato. The mocha was perfectly fine. The shakerato, however, did not meet expectations. Before ordering I asked if it was similar to a Vietnamese style shakerato, and the staff confidently said yes. What I received did not resemble that profile.

I am not the type to confront or ask for a refund, so I let it go. That said, our orange tea cake was forgotten. We had to go back to the counter to ask for it, and cutlery was only offered after a second request. I paid a service charge up front, which made me wonder what that charge is covering when these basics are missed.

The table also needed attention. It still had tissues and cups from the previous guests. Same staff cleared a few items but the tissues were left behind. Small details like this affect the overall experience.

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the mocha, and I hope this feedback helps. With a bit more care on accuracy, attentiveness, and cleanliness, this could be a much better visit.

Overall good place, great coffee. The food (shakshuka) lacked a lot of spices, but that comes from my background. But there's nothing spectacular about this place; it's just a cute, cozy cafe with most regular cafe food. I would choose this place only if it was on my way. This is the perfect place to do homework, come to a date or friend meeting rather than eat.

I'd give it more stars but the Internet connection is 3mb download - when I asked staff they said they don't have control as it's handled by the building. So this place is great but it's not the place to have a coffee and check emails

Unfortunate that this store doesn’t support folks of Asian ethnicity.

Good breakfast and brunch options. I liked their avo toast and bruschetta.
I did not like the tiramisu. It was subpar.

As a coffee lover, I came here because it was right next to our hotel. My first visit was okay, the coffee wasn’t hot enough, but it was decent enough to give them another try. The next day, I ordered again and specifically asked for it extra hot. Unfortunately, after spending another $12 on a single coffee, I was disappointed once more. The temperature was still off, and the oat milk lacked richness, something just tasted off. Sadly, this place feels overpriced for the quality of coffee they serve. I don’t mind paying top dollar for great coffee, but this just wasn’t it.

The ambiance is cozy and modern, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. I had a cheese sandwich that was big enough to share and absolutely phenomenal. My pecan caramel latte was just the right mix of sweet and foamy, and my friend’s matcha latte tasted great too. The staff were super nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back!

The cost of living in Seattle is soaring. My breakfast, featuring only a single egg (with extras like avocado and chicken), came to nearly $25. Considering the portion was a meager 250 grams, this is unacceptable. I will certainly not be returning to that establishment. I highly recommend choosing the Eastside (Bellevue) for both breakfast and accommodation; you'll find the prices are far more reasonable.
