This location is in my neighborhood and I want to love it because I love the U Village one and interior is beautiful, but the food has consistently been a hit or miss. I wanted Avo toast but they were out of it. I bought one of the refrigerated tuna sandwiches which turned out to be a disappointment with completely soggy bread. Server didn't know how to give a refund and they didn't have any gift cards so I ended up with a ham croissant, which wasn't a healthy choice...
Cute quaint atmosphere at this Mr. West location however I wish the customer service was more upbeat and the drinks tasted better. Probably will go elsewhere and I don't recommend this Mr West location.
Love the Mr West in Madrona. Unfortunately they have some sort of fly problem. They are usually hovering around the food however, I used the bathroom today and it was infested. Pretty gross. Absolutely love all of the barista’s btw. Best around.
