The google reviews are correct, they cannot toast a bagel without burning it. Even when I asked for lightly toasted they burnt it. I was hungry so I didn’t ask for them to fix it, but I read that they will. That said, they are very fresh and don’t need to be toasted.Service is very friendly, but very disjointed… couldn’t find a menu, needed help on the ordering machine… that type of stuff. It wasn’t very busy and it was about 45 min after opening so there really wasn’t...
There was an issue with the automated ordering system at the restaurant, after we had been waiting for 20 minutes. There was a long line of ppl that formed after they informed everyone of the issue. At the window they said we could get a refund, or wait 20-25 minutes. So we choose to wait.They bring out half of the order in about 20 minutes. 20+ minutes later I walked back up to the window and asked about the rest of our food.
