Muse at Benaroya Hall offers a refined and elegant dining experience. Muse operates as a pop-up on performance nights, with a two-hour window before the show. The menu has a little something for everyone, from crab cakes and sliders to Brussels sprouts, salmon risotto, and steak frites. The service is terrific, and the prices are fair. Guests appreciate the convenience of prepaid parking and not needing coats for the evening. The cheesecake and coffee make a perfect ending.
