Tasty, cheap, filling food in the middle of downtown. I often get it while working and their to-go packaging is excellent, stays warm for a long time!

Current favorite quick downtown lunch place. Chill atmosphere, great food, reasonably priced. Highly recommend it.

After spending time in Hawaii and trying musubi I’ve been wanting to try it again. There aren’t any places on the east coast that sells this dish so to our surprise when we stumbled upon this, we had to stop in. A simple musubi with just the nori, rice and spam was $5. Thankfully they were served warm. They taste just like they did in Hawaii but yes, very salty. Glad we got to have it again.

Delicious spot to have lunch that's near Pike Place. The musubi is filling and tastes extra good after all the walking around!

If you're going to charge for sauce please fill the container. This is ridiculous and has happened to me many times. It honestly just feels like theft.

So many varieties of musbi and fresh, fulfilling poke bowls! A small cool atmosphere with kind service.

Been here a couple times and this place is the only one that hits the same or close to the ones I have had in Hawaii!

my first and probably last time here. dined in and got the pineapple beef sukiyaki donburi and a classic musubi. there weren't many people inside, and the food came out quickly. the donburi was in a to go container with disposable utensils, no reusable options i guess. beef in the donburi was grainy, like it had been over marinated in something acidic and the proteins broke down. the flavors were fine, nothing to write home about. the rice was cooked properly, not mushy. the salad was 6 leaves total. the potato mac was fine. $5 for spam + rice + seaweed, i expected something better. all i could really taste was the rice as it was by far the largest component. you pay + tip in advance, which is great when you're just ready to leave. i might try again, maybe it was just an off day, but i'd skip the musubi which feels like i'm missing the point.

Soft rice, pretty quick service, friendly staff, clean. I got two musubi's to-go. They put them in a nice box for me

Found short thick hair. Disgusted.
Also for the price, amount of poke is minimal. The masubi had too much rice. The potato mac salad tasted like they bought it from Safeway and put furikake/sesame seeds on top.

NEVER coming back. In fact, I'll request money back because I hardly touched the food the moment I found hair.

I can confidently say that this is some of the best musubi in the country. I’m a touring musician and I travel the states constantly. Ever since trying Musubi Kai, I’ve been trying other Hawaiian food all around the US and nothing stacks up. Passing through Seattle again and made sure to stop to get my fix.
