Nacho Borracho in Capitol Hill is an absolute gem! The shrimp burrito was phenomenal—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The carne asada burrito was also delicious, with generous portions that definitely didn’t disappoint. But what truly blew my socks off were the al pastor tacos. The orange sauce that came with them was out of this world, adding just the right kick to each bite. The burritos were massive, so you definitely get your money’s worth.

Since I moved to Seattle this place seemed full of mysticism, a dark place full of little red lights that invited me to enter, I regret that it took me more than a year to enter. Pretty good for a late night place. Nachos are $14 and plenty to share among 4 people. We got the chicken one which was decent. If you're in capitol hill with friends at night, I'd recommend dropping in. DJ was playing some good music too
