Really great pork teriyaki with generous portions! I wish it had a bit more sauce but overall super tasty.

Really feels like the people here care about the food they're making. I'm happy to call this my regular Teriyaki place. It is a hole in the wall place. Don't expect expensive teriyaki here!

Price is a little high, but I think it’s worth it. I think it’s a hidden gem in u district with very good teriyaki.

Hole in the wall restaurant with plenty of seating and great food. You have to go around the hallway to order, it is a bit hidden when you first enter. When I went, I got gyoza and chicken teriyaki and had plenty of leftovers for another meal too.

Vegetarian options: Tofu and veggie options for meals, including tofu teriyaki.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance does not have an automatic door and is standard door width if a little narrow. There is a slight ramp incline when you turn the corner from the main hallway to the back area where one orders food. Disclaimer that I am not a wheelchair user so this is my best guess.

More expensive than what you would expect from a teriyaki place in U-District, but the food is really good and they do not skim on protein.

This review is not necessarily holistic, I’ll admit it. But if there’s one thing I can rely on when I’m in the depths of a horrible hangover or need a greasy reward, it’s the Nasai Teriyaki fried gyoza. Although I do feel that they are overpriced, they are consistently fried to absolute perfection. The outside is crunchy, while the inside is still juicy. The filling has a good flavor and is never dry, too squishy, or chewy. The pictures speak for themselves, just look at that golden color.

When I went the service was unreasonably slow. 6 gyoza took probably 15 minutes. I was in line, and it seemed that many customers had been waiting even longer for their food.

Again, I haven’t tried anything else and I don’t really plan on it…but I’d highly recommend trying the fried gyoza at least once.

Food is good, really, really bad prices. 19 dollars for a combo katsu and chicken. There are better prices nearby.

Sauce is one of the great wonders of life and this place embraces sauciness. Checked off having Seattle teriyaki!!!

This has been my favorite teriyaki spot for nearly a decade. We’ve moved from U District but I stop here any time I am in the area.Garlic sauce is addictive.
