Just another racist clinic in Seattle! Ruining my Saturday morning was criminal. You were wrong, and unprofessional. I explained I was meant to get a lab order and the assistant talked over me throughout the entire call and piped up about "policy" until she realized her mistake after I already told her she was interrupting me, then proceeded to have the audacity to say I was being nasty. Typical Karen acting like the authority. Should've just let me finish speaking. Beyond classless, hounding me about a supposed bill from a year ago when I questioned it because I paid everything last time I was in only a few months ago. You would think I was talking to a debt collector not a natural medicine clinic. Something is wrong with their accounting I guess. Doesn't mean your patients should bear the brunt. I liked the providers but it's not worth the front desk terrorists. I'll go find a new provider.

I have been to Natural Medicine four times for iron infusions: three times last fall and once this fall because I have a hard time retaining ferritin from the foods I eat. All of the doctors whom I’ve worked with are friendly and helpful; Dr. Mahmood really stands out for her exceptional attendance to my specific health challenges. She has done on-the-spot research and educated me while I was there for my infusion. This is particularly noteworthy because she’s not my primary care doctor; she takes the extra time to tend to patients who are there for the sole purpose of getting an infusion. Highly recommend her; if I weren’t quite pleased with my current PC I’d switch to Dr. Mahmood.

NMS came recommended to me. The doctor recommended wasn't taking new patients, but I went with Dr. Chang. She has been great. I came in prepared for what I thought was going on and she covered everything. I learned a lot. She never tried to "upsell" or "add-on" to what I was needing. She did tests that my primary care doctor wouldn't do. With the supplements and prescriptions we found I needed I am feeling great! Overall staff and office is very professional. Well worth the money and didn't cost as much as you'd think - I am out of pocket.

I just started seeing Dr Mahmood, but I truly can say she is wonderful to work with. The entire staff is friendly and the environment calm. If you want options and someone who listens to you, really listens and gives alternative thoughts about your health, give this place a try!

After going in to see Dr Change because I was unhappy with the care I received from traditional medicine, I was excited that I could find someone to address key issues I had. Quickly, I found the only thing they cared about was selling over priced supplements. On at least 2 different occasions, complete lab work orders were missed. Lab work that was necessary to have a full understanding of what was going on with my body. After becoming anemic over the summer, I was out on a series of crazy expensive iron infusions. Within 2 months my iron absorption levels were critically low. Her response, let’s do more infusions, and everything is fine. Because I couldn’t afford to continue the infusions, I increased iron supplements I could get over the counter. Within a month, I am back to full anemic and Dr Chang just referred me back to a traditional Dr, and refuses to see our address the issues I had with care. So, if looking for an overpriced supplement store, this is your place, but if your looking for full holistic medical help, not only are they unqualified, they don’t care.

Natural Medicine of Seattle has been great. My Primary Care Physician is Dr. Kara Menzer and she is fantastic. Dr. Menzer is very body positive and I appreciate that about her. She takes a health at every size approach. Dr. Menzer has really helped myself and my health a lot. My health has improved a lot under her care. As an LGBTQ+ individual, I also like that she is an ally and is trans competent. She takes time to listen to her patients and their needs and to get to know them. The front desk staff is always very nice and helps answer any and all of my questions. I really appreciate the prompt messaging through the electronic system. I highly recommend Natural Medicine of Seattle!
