There are two vegan pho options, veggie and tofu. I got the tofu, and it's like a whole block of tofu, sliced and fried, and added to the pho. The broth is very nice, not super flavorful, but it was really nice.

I love New Leaf Bistro. We just moved down the street and I think it was fate bringing us together. The soup is phenomenal and comforting. The “special beer” is a must, IYKYK. 100% recommend!!

Tina and her sister Winter, and staff are phenomenal in running this family owned restaurant. They have excellent broth, and quality vermicelli noodle dishes that are abundant and excellent. We have been friends with the owner and her family for years. She’s a strong Asian woman who takes no days off and keeps it going. New Leaf is one of our favorite places to go to for pho.

Largest Banh Mi ever! 😲 It was packed with a variety of fresh veggies packed on it. I could only eat half and gave the other half to my Dad. It was very light on the mayo and jalapeno but the quality of the meat and veggies shone through.
The service has super gone downhill. Unfortunately, with the service going downhill so did the food quality. It's super overpriced for what it is now

We traveled to Vietnam Nam last summer and we’re craving some authentic Vietnamese food. This definitely felt authentic and we made spring rolls just like in Hanoi. Very good!!

Just returned from dinner here tonight (10/26) and had a not so great experience with the service. We each ordered pho (one large and one regular), a banh mi to go, and some tea. The waitress seemed to write this down but she they brought out two regular. However, when paying we were charged for larges. They also didn’t make the banh mi. The staff played dumb and clearly tried to upsell. The food was good but the service was awful.

The best Bun Bo Hue I’ve had in a long time!!! I had to stop mid meal to take a pic so I could remember this place. Very authentic!
My friends got beef pho and vermicelli which they also really liked. Both sticky rice desserts were also delicious. Highly recommend!

Rude owner(s). The owner had the audacity to question us why we were paying early — Well, let’s see, your soup was barely warm enough and you charge almost $20 a bowl. Group of workers/owner are having a group lunch/feast, right in the middle of the restaurant business and being snarky. No quality service provided and did not make us feel welcomed. Waste of money. Family of four.
