Next Level Burger Ballard

NLB has gone through multiple iterations over the years. They are mostly if not all Organic. 100% plant based. This current iteration has them using kiosks for ordering, self serving water and a pretty limited menu. Although because of the kiosk, you can customize everything! I love it, but don’t enjoy paying $40 for one kids meal and one burger (no fries) and one tiny shake in a super small cup, we will be back because the options for 100% vegan are very limited in Seattle.

Stopped by for late night milkshake and was glad I did! All vegan (non-dairy) shake with a few different flavor choices (oreos/strawberry/peanut butter/etc) and able to choose soy, coconut, or a combo base.

The machine was having some issues, but staff was very friendly and was still able to deliver a delicious shake.

Free shared parking lot. Bathroom available with code for customers.

I’m not a vegan, but I must say that this place has better burgers and more flavor than many non-vegan restaurants. The Orange cream milkshake was extraordinary and the special fries were a highlight. It was my first time there, but I'll be going frequently.

This was delicious! If bo one told me it was vegan I'd think it was some kind of Angus. It was good and I didn't feel gross after and too heavy/full.
4 stars because the staff either needs one/two more person or the business needs to take out fast food from the name because at 25 minutes for a 1 burger and fry with drink order its not fast.
And waiting 20+ minutes staring at a pretty wall with no TV or anything is boring.

Best vegan burger out there

Awesome vegan burger place! I don't think I'd get a double again as it made the burger uncomfortably tall haha. So many options - I'll definitely be back to try some more!

Love Next Level Burger! They have a huge selection of burgers and so many cheese/sauce/topping combos to choose from. The Hangry/burger sauce one is my favorite! I’ve never ever been disappointed here, nor do I ever have any leftovers like I think I will. They usually have a seasonal milkshake flavor as well. The service is always great too!

I visited another location of Next Level Burger about a year ago. This time, we tried the Fire Chik'n Burger and the Ghost Pepper Popper Burger with a side of fries. Despite their fiery names, both burgers lacked the spice we expected. However, they still tasted great and were quite filling.

The fries were crispy and served hot, which was a plus. The ambiance was simple, just like any fast-food spot, and the place was kept clean. The only downside was the wait time—service was a bit slow since only two staff members were working.

Would I return? Maybe—if I’m hungry and unsure what to eat.

American Chzburger, fries, and a shake is incredibly hard to beat. I’d give it 5 stars if there were more locations beyond the Roosevelt and Ballard locations.

My favorite burger in Seattle

Had the pub burger and special fries and it exceeded my expectations. Would definitely go again! Even my meat eating fam was satisfied

Delicious! I had a tempeh bacon burger and it was a real "burger" experience that I haven't had in several years. The burger was filling, saucy, and has a meaty texture, and the tempeh bacon was amazing. The burgers also feel reasonably priced for a specialty burger in Seattle, but I hope the milkshake prices come down over time -- feels very pricy for a very small shake.
