Next Level Burger Roosevelt

I’m not big on chains, but every November they roll out the Gobbler + I jump on it. It’s one of my favorite things about fall. I’ve doubled up on the turkey a couple times, but the single patty has a better balance of flavors. I also like the October Frankenburger, but I've tried a few of their regular burger offerings + I'm not a fan. I think the sides are overpriced, but I’ve had the sweet potato fries + onion rings + coleslaw + they all good. Updated from previous review on 2025-03-16

Had wonderful burgers onions and shakes

I always come here when I am hungry and in a hurry. Since it's a chain it's nothing amazing but it's always pretty decent

I’ve had a bacon burger, spicy chicken burger, and milkshake here and have to say the burgers are extremely good. The milkshake with coconut milk was a bit watery; I’ll try soy milk next time. The portion sizes are quite small though (small milkshake for $8 is about half the size of any other fast food small cup, and the burgers are maybe 75% the diameter of a traditional fast food burger) and the prices are a bit high. I’ll keep coming occasionally because I love junk food, but every time I’m a little disappointed by the amount of food I get for the price.

The size of the burger and fries was comical. Great flavor but it was smaller than a kid size meal at any typical fast food place and triple the price.

What is with the wait time here? I hate picking up deliveries from this restaurant 1. it's hard to get the worker's to acknowledge you 2. It's inside a grocery store so there's always high foot traffic and 3. you end up waiting 20 minutes for an order. If they were busy I'd understand but the worker's are just moving at a very slow pace so personally I'm frustrated by the whole scenario.

My food sat in the window for 15 minutes before someone asked if I was waiting for something.
Food was cold and soggy and she forgot to add my sauces to the bag. I love the concept of next level burgers, but you all failed to take it to the next level. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service and mushy food.

Peanut butter chocolate milkshake is to die for. Burgers are good too! I don’t really recommend the truffle burger (seasonal) but all of the other burgers have been great.

The quality of the food was really good, probably the best vegan burger I've ever had and is presented really well / looks like the photos online, which is very rare for fast food. The burger itself is ~7.50 which is pretty fair in my opinion. I'll definitely be back :) !

I waited half an hour for my food ( 1item ) while watching 7 people order after me and get their food before me. Will not return.

It is inside a Whole Foods market, but still a nice little spot. These guys have an amazing array of plant-based burgers and “chicken” sandwiches. They also have a variety of fantastic plant-based milkshakes. One of my all-time favorite places to eat.

It's good but seems overly processed. It's also EXPENSIVE and overpriced. Expect to pay $20 for just a burger and fries. Portion sizes are SMALL as well. Expect 5 fries if you get a small...
