The food here was fantastic! There’s a great variety, from pizza to kababs, so everyone in our group found something they loved. Even though it’s a food truck, they’ve set up a cozy, covered seating area, making it easy to enjoy the food right there. Everything we ordered was fresh and bursting with flavor. The owner was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by!
This food truck is amazing. It’s always open. considering we live in Seattle… that is a delightful surprise. I live a block away and my partner and I have eaten here MANY MANY times. Their menu looks disjointed, so I’ve had my doubts, but every thing on it is perfect, well executed, fresh and delicious. Not a single dud. The falefel is so good. It’s fresh and flavorful. The pizza crust are perfect. The cheese steak. Just go here. You won’t be disappointed!

The pizza is incredible. I absolutely loved the cook of it. Also, I feel like it is extremely affordable given how expensive pizza is in Seattle. Very nice guys working as well. Definitely a hidden gem worth the try in Ballard.

Decided to pick up dinner after work for myself and my parents. We wanted to try the Kabobs and boy was it worth it. The quality of the meat felt like we were eating a home cooked meal. The chicken was super moist and melted in your mouth while carrying a smokey flavor that gave it so much more flavor. The koobideh was also very moist and paired with the grilled tomato all the flavors just blended so well and made for the best kabob I've had from a Persian restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is very calm and cozy, being off the main drag of Ballard gives the space a peaceful and quiet setting to enjoy your food and people watch if you stay to eat. I ordered in advance to while working and picked up right on time and the employees working were very nice and attentive to making sure I was going home with everything I needed. Will be back and excited for the whole experience

I’ve ordered maybe five different dishes at three different times over the last two weeks and each one of them has been delicious, the food is so good and fresh really feels like nirvana, my experience getting it each time has been very smooth, I can’t recommend them enough
Believe the hype! This food truck rocks! I had the best falafel ever (and they put it on a pita for me and gave me a bunch of aioli!) It was so moist and flavorful that I could have eaten it without the excellent aioli or the surprisingly complex and delicious mango sauce. The guys are just lovely—you can tell that they genuinely care about making their customers happy, and you feel like Chef Goody is a relative who’s cooking up something special just for you. There’s also a cute little covered area with some tables if you wanna eat there. Great food, great vibe, great people. Merci Nirvana! :)

I thought I didn’t like gyros and was hesitant to right off an entire cuisine. Thankfully I’m wrong! This is not just the best gyro I’ve ever had, it’s also just really damn good food. Eat here, you won’t regret it.

This pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had. The crust is amazing!!! So light and flavorful. It amazes me that they have a wood burning fireplace in the truck; it’s really unique and definitely produces fantastic results. The guys that run Nirvana are absolute sweethearts. They have a very cute and inviting patio as well. The pepperoni and the red pizza are absolutely delicious. Don’t miss out on this place!!
