The atmosphere and food are very good, however the server I had was extremely dismissive and rude. I had a food allergy I brought up and it was dismissed, the kitchen wasn’t asked about it, and the server refused to do a basic substitution on the vegetable in the dish for my allergy.

I do occasionally try to order take out food from here, but it’s a toss up if the person answering the phone is willing to do the basic vegetable substitution on my order for the allergy or not. It entirely depends on who answers the phone.

I would not recommend this place for a person with any allergies as they don’t do basic substitutions or modifications and are dismissive of them.

A truly great spot, romantic and slightly jazzy ambience. Manager is also quite nice and friendly.

We visited Noi Thai after reading some positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. From the start, our server seemed standoffish and unwelcoming. We weren’t handed menus for quite some time and had to wait longer than expected just to place our drink order.

I ordered the $16 “Bangkok Mute” cocktail, which tasted like a watered-down fruit punch—disappointing, especially at that price point. The service throughout the meal was minimal and inattentive. Strangely, another table that arrived after us received their food before we did.

When our food eventually arrived, the server seemed slightly more cordial, but that was short-lived. While we were still eating, she placed the bill on our table without any prompting—an odd and rushed gesture that made us feel pressured to leave. Even worse, while my wife was still mid-bite, the server came over and began clearing her plate without asking or waiting for her to finish. This was not only awkward but frankly disrespectful.

When I chose not to leave a tip—because the service did not warrant one—the server returned to ask if everything was okay. I appreciated the opportunity to provide feedback, but when I honestly explained our concerns, she became extremely defensive. She denied everything I mentioned, rolled her eyes, exclaimed “Oh my God,” and walked away. It was an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation that left us feeling unheard and attacked.

To be clear, I’ve dined at many Thai restaurants, and my experiences have always been warm and welcoming. This was a rare and disappointing exception. The food was just okay, but the lack of service, the attitude, and the awkward confrontation completely overshadowed it.

Tipping is a reflection of service, and when service is poor, it’s within a customer’s right to tip accordingly. We hope the restaurant takes this as constructive feedback and invests in better training and hospitality going forward.

Delicious! We had the crispy garlic chicken, spicy eggplant, and pineapple fried rice, and all of them were amazing. The presentation was really pretty. Will definitely be back!

I order the red curry from here nearly weekly and I’m convinced it’s the best in town! Every time I try somewhere else it’s always a let down, this place is the best! Have also tried the crab rangoons and pad thai and both of those are delicious as well. I’ve never eaten inside but always want to because it’s so beautiful when I go to pickup, great atmosphere!

The meal was mediocre at best. The garlic chicken was terrible. It was super dry. The chicken is in small fried pieces the shellacked with something. The small pieces being coated and fried leaves them super dry. Zero sauce not much flavor certainly no spice. Think Panda express orange chicken except no sauce. I told the server the garlic chicken was super dry his solution was to bring out a series of dry spices in plastic individual cups. The cashew chicken had very little chicken. We eat thai all the time, these two dishes for the cost were a serious disappointment.

Very enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, the menu was unique to the restaurant with a few know favorites and a few delicious signature dishes. I had a zero proof cocktail that was perfectly balanced.
